The surroundings are very beautiful, our house had a beautiful view over the valley.
The access road is narrow and due to the rain gutters in the road, it is not easily accessible for a normal sedan.

We stayed in this farmhouse on the occasion of the Acquapendente marathon. We had a great time!
Clean accommodation, friendly welcome, welcome drink.

Only wind, sun and … swimming pool. Splendid panorama, ideal for rest and relaxation. In addition to visits in the surrounding area, within a radius of 50 km there are dozens of places to visit.

We had a pleasant stay! The place is located on a quiet street, offering easy access to the Vatican Museums and public transport. The room was spotless, cosy and beautifully decorated.

Stayed at this hotel 05.02.26 — 08.02.26 in a double room on the 4th Floor (405). Our room was spacious and clean, with housekeeping attending to the room each day and providing fresh towels.

The hotel in very nice, clean and cozy. Walking distance from Vatican, restaurants and shops. Leonardo was very nice and help me with point of interest around the area.

Fabiola was there to meet me as planned. Her accommodation was meticulously clean, the food layout for breakfast was generous and organized.

The stay in Rome with three children, in the hottest days of the summer of 2018, has been made perfect by the hospitality of the Belgians. His house is cured in every detail, a true wonder.

It was a very nice stay in this neighborhood where the manor is. You can find a bit of everything in the proximity. There are good restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.

Very comfortable, very well equipped. Couldn't be closer on the Vatican and also has a huge number of amazing cafés and restaurants in the street next door too. Would definitely stay again.

This Guest House is ideal for a City Trip or a short stop, situated in a nice and quiet area of Rome.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful bead & breakfast that is situated in an amazing place in Tivoli. It was really easy to park (the parking lot was in front of the b&b) offered by the owners.
