Amazing people, we really felt at home. Thanks in particular to Mrs. Maria Teresa, who helped me when I was in trouble. The wines are amazing and the place gorgeous. To return is certainly to relive that feeling of peace. Finally, thanks to Achilles for playing and keeping Stella company. I recommend this place really heartily because it is rare to be so well in one place. Thank you all.

An amazing experience from a fantastic host! family run winery, passionate about organic produce and natural sustainability. The tour was informative, the wine was amazing, the food was great the dog was one of my highlights having left my pupper at home for 3 weeks. Well worth a visit and tour!

Today we have had an amazing experience at Merumalia! The owner and his wife picked us up at the train station and showed us a bit around on the way to the vineyard. There we met Giulia, their daugther who showed us around the property and started the tour with us. It was a really informative, relaxed and familiar day filled with great food and awesome wine. I can only recommend a day at this gorgeous place who’s taking sustainability very seriously.

The whole experience, from the moment Luigi picked us up to the very end, was just beautiful. The land, Frascati, the wine, the tour was just what we needed after a week of visiting crowded tourist attractions. It was refreshing to get a glimpse of the Italian lifestyle outside of the city of Rome. Gulia was so sweet and knowledgeable. Such personable people and an inviting place. I will definitely be coming back.

Loved it. The family who own and run it are so very nice. You can not only try wine, but also olive oil and the fruit that grows on the land. It's so beautiful!

This vineyard is absolutely wonderful! There is a spectacular view of the valley, and all of the wine is truly organic. I took a cooking class and wine tasting, which was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Italy. The staff was very knowledgeable about wine and really went out of their way to answer all the in-depth questions I had. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Italy.

Perfect location, they are very welcoming, and the wine is the best you can find in the Frascati /castelli romani area.

The whole area is very beautiful. Guilia is very knowledgeable about wine and the surrounding history and culture. We booked the winery tour and tasting, and she spent the day giving us an overview of their fully organic and sustainable practices, which was very interesting and fun. The wine was very good, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Truly a magical experience and a highlight of our trip to Italy. I highly recommend a visit here. The property and the people are lovely. And the wine is wonderful. I highly recommend their Primo. Love their olive oil too. Winery is organic and utilizing solar and biomass sustainable energy. Impressive on all levels.

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our experience at the Merumalia Wine Resort! Giulia and her family were extremely welcoming and full of knowledge which made it an unforgettable experience. The vineyard had stunning views, amazing wine pairings with local bread, cheese, and salami. After the tour/tasting for an additional charge, we had a delicious private dinner on the property. This was by far the highlight of our 5 night stay in Italy. Overall I highly recommend this as it is super convenient to get to from the city of Rome. We left with two bottles of wine that we purchased directly from them! Will be back one day to visit Rome and especially this vineyard!

We showed up unannounced and were met by the warmest hosts imagineable.
This is more than just a beautiful place to enjoy beautiful wine. There is a fascinating story in the hills and valley that proprietor Luigi is passionate about sharing.
In just a few short years, he has established Merumalia as a name to be remembered and helped Frascati one step closer to its former glory.
I can't help rooting for their continued success.

Excellent wine with an edge given by the history of the place and then we say so:
