Lazio Hotels with a Parking

The owner Alessandra was most helpful going beyond the call of duty. The bedroom and bathroom was immaculate and spacious. A fantastic range of fresh fruit and breakfast goodies.

Fantastically beautiful village with magnifical surroundings. Sergio was a very helpful and good host with fast and easy communication.

Availability by Sergio and Alessandra… very present… shower problem solved immediately … we will definitely be back from… some defects on cleaning can be there … but with covid … one more eye.

We stayed her for 2 nights. The building is old, however the location is superb with the price they offer. It’s 10 mins walk from the Colosseum, 5 mins from the train station and bus stop.

It is just a small room in very old building flat, however the room was clean with 2 big windows, nice washroom and all necessary furniture.

Location is perfect, quite street in 5 minutes from Colosseum and parks around.
Staff is AWESOME, they solved our problem with check-in very fast and even at night. For sure, will stay again.

We stayed here in the Double Room with Balcony and loved it! It was a great size for 2 people, especially with the balcony!

Very nice room, basic but, when in Rome, you don't need the best room cus you're out all day🤷🏽‍♂️but the bed, dear God what a bed❤️

After spending 4 nights in Albania we were off to our next destination which was Rome.
I organised this all myself.

I was concerned after reading the reviews however I had nothing to be concerned about. The hotel is a short walk from the Termini Railway station and on the 70 bus route.

My Spanish steps is a lovely place to stay we recommend it highly. Alessandro was so helpful and kind. We were in room 101 which was very comfortable and quiet. We would certainly go back.

Amazing location. This is a very private property (I actually locked myself out the first day I was there. ) Our rooms were clean and one of them was quite luxurious.

A very nice place to stay. Very updated and well decorated with fantastic interior design. The only problem (which can be a big problem) is the noise from the street and pedestrians walking.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The room was amazing, and the whole place is what I’d call Industrial meets Fairytales!

Absolutely does the job.

I had a reservation for one night, but a few hours before arrival I was told they can’t provide me a room because of some problems.

The hotel is dated. Some stuff doesn't work very well in the rooms. I had to reset the breakers to get the AC to work.

Staff are great, both gentlemen I met at the service counter were extremely friendly and helpful. I travel a lot and these guys were top notch, I would definitely stay here again.

Great food & wine…Our second time in Rome and our second time at Ad Hoc. We will come back. Great restaurant, fantastic food & wine. The staff is excellent!
