The owner is very kind, she provided us with any information, the b & b was tidy, clean and quiet.
We stayed 3 nights.

Excellent position. Subway and bus stop in front of the door. On foot you can easily reach any site of interest.

Excellent apartment. A bit pricey for me. My unit borderd the laundry room, wich ment a little noise. Rosie the property manager was kind and helpful. Made the stay better.

Rooms are excellent and very clean, service by Rosi is excellent, too.
The only minus: sleeping on the mattress of the sofa bed is a pain.

Aparthotel with 5 rooms and a common area equipped for all of them. Everything very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is offered in a nearby bar, in a quiet neighborhood with services.

Clean guesthouse, with an owner who is available and thorough in his explanations. Room redone even for just a 2 night stay, packaged but plentiful breakfast found in the room.

Being close to both Rome and Tivoli, there's plenty do visit around the guest house. A rental car is very much recommended!

I stayed at this facility for ten days and I would recommend it and would stay there again. The room was larger than most in Rome, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was outstanding.

This is a great place to stay in central Rome, it’s very clean and close to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain.
