Place was so nice and beautiful very near to allow shop specially the St. Peter Basilica.

The major feature of this place is the service. The owner bent over backwards to meet my unique needs and every time I saw him, he was deeply concerned about whether I needed anything.

Excellent base and very comfortable.

Excellent find for accommodation in Rome! It’s walking distance from everything including transport which we used to get to and from the airport. Room was clean and cosy had everything you needed.

Nice room and good view (however only from the bathroom), yet the breakfast was rather poor and we would expect more for the amount paid.

There are a lot of bad reviews from a couple months ago when there was a power outage. You have to understand that this is an ancient city.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay here on 20th February 2025. I had misread the instructions to check-in before 8.00pm and so we were very late unfortunately.

If you are looking for authenticity look no further. Virginia is the best host we've had all over Italy. She makes a great olive oil from her olives andeverything she cooks is very tasteful.

Its a BB not a hotel, but for the price its great. Dont expect uber comfort or perfect ambience but if your goal is to be in the heart of everything its perftect.

Our host was awesome and the place was spotless. Extremely clean and highly recommended if you plan to go to the Vatican. About 15 min walk to the Vatican.
