Neat and tidy. Chiara is a great host. Very close to all centric tourist spots in Rieti.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Availability of staff. Variety of dishes and excellent value for money. Pleasant experience both for lunch and for a snack or a break from skiing.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is very handy for visiting Rome and nearby towns like Tivoli and Ostia Antica. It's also well located for trips northwards into Umbria.

We've had one of our best holidays at Tenuta Colfiorito. Located on a hill, conveniently very close to the highway exit, but very quiet, it is a beautiful property.

Excellent location. Room was good size. Only complain was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Seemed like the sewer line. But other than that, everything was great.

We had 2 request. The parking place for a car and the transfer near the apartment. Both of our requests were fulfilled.

We are academics who came to Rome to participate in the 25th World Congress of Philosophy and we had been looking for a place to stay in a quiet zone, outside of the chaos of central Roma Capitale.

This is a great place. It contains 3 private spaces in one apartment. Each space has a full bath and kitchenette. About a mile from the Vatican. Plenty of restaurants. Close to public transit.

Close to Tiburtina, room is modern, kitchen is fine. There is an elevator too. I don't regret booking it.

First and foremost, the host Giancarlo goes out of his way to help. Very kind. We had a 10 year old son with us and he made sure that the room is comfortable.
The room is very clean and also spacious.

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was cute and clean and the owners were great! The location was also amazing, only a 7 minute walk to the Trevi fountain.

Great hotel the location is amazing so close to the Spanish steps but also to the metro station. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are on the smaller size but manageable.

The owners are incredibly kind and do a great job with their hotel! The room is nice and clean and I've had a very good experience here.
