It is a quite location outside the city center.
It is new, clean and it has a fair breakfast.

The rooms were small, as advertised but the location was perfect right by the main train station. It was easy to get around the city: to catch a bus or a train or a cab.

Excellent place to stay. We went to watch our daughter swim in the European Masters Swimming. We wanted somewhere which was local and this was perfect. A 15 minute walk to the Vatican.
