The worst experience in my life. The hotel staff stole our money from the safe box in the room. In order to report the issue to police we went to four police stations. After waiting an hour in the first police station which was 30 minutes to walk from hotel, the policeman with a broken English said they don't speak English and told me to go to police station near Termini Station. There was a total buracrasy. In the second police station we were told to go to the one on Via Fa…rmali street. We went there and found out that the system is out of order and they can not register it on system. The officer told me to go to police station on platform in Termini Station. We went there and finally managed to file a complaint. It took more than two weeks to receive the reimbursement from the hotel for stolen money. The hotel management must check the housekeepers for honestly. If not to consider the insident we were satisfied with service in hotel. The breakfast was delicious and croissants were fresh. We found our room very tidy every evening. The Terra Maura metro station is 5 minutes to walk. There is seafood restaurant nearby hotel. The receptionist Guzeppe and a guy who spoke very good Russian (forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. If you don't have valuable things that you are going to keep in the room I would recommend this place. But security is dubious. The hotel management should be very careful while recruitment of the personal.

For those who want to save money, so the view from the window is not the best, great service, taken with breakfast, the very thing to see Rome, next to the subway, supermarket, and pizzeria.

Very friendly and clean place, close to public transportation. Offfers breakfast for low a price. Friendly staff. Low cost.

1 star is too many. Within 1 hour of me being in this hotel a staff member let HIMSELF into my room, went through my handbag and stole €120! Me and my partner were on our first holiday celebrating our anniversary, our flight was delayed and we didn’t check into the hotel till around 10:30, we settled into the hotel room before deciding to go out for dinner, where the receptionist told us what restaurants near by were open. He was the only person who a) saw me come in the hotel with my hand bag and leave without it and b) had access to the room. When returning, our card didn’t work in the door, and the wardrobe door was open inside hotel room (suggesting they raided through to see what else they could steal! ) I didn’t realise until the morning that the money was missing as I owed my partner some money from the meal the night before. After having to WAIT for a manager I received €100 back from the hotel and was told it would be sorted accordingly, the man was still working for the remaining 2 nights we were there, we carried our pricy belongings with us around the WHOLE trip, and any other items we had in the hotel we locked away in our suitcases whilst we was out. Didn’t make it much of a holiday as I was then continuously worrying about my belongings. Disgusting if you ask me.

If I could put 0 stars I would, 10.30pm we checked in and left my girlfriends handbag in our room why we tried to go find out where we can get something to eat, we got back to out hotel after eating at 11.30pm our card wasn't working in our door so we was confused when we entered our room our wardrobe door was open and we was confused but thought we may have left it open. We wasn't due room service (cleaners) My girlfriend owed me 10 euros in the morning we got up and 120 euros was missing along with English money. We should be allowed to leave our stuff unintended in room. there was only one member of staff a man on reception so it was 100% him. Who was then still working the next day. He was the only person, who was there and checked us in and see my girlfriend leave with out her bag. The manger gave us 100 euros back because we didn't realise at this time more money had gone missing until we checked our cased. Room was covered in damp, only 6 hangers for your clothes. Cleaners come to make our bed not actually change your sheets. No safe in room, I read a review going back a year ago and someone else got robbed while in side this place.

Located in a strategic position to reach the historic center of Rome without using the car. Too bad because the structure needs to be a little more maintenanced. Found air conditioners and minibar FS, this made the stay not quite exceptional. The staff and the hotel are very helpful.

Dirty dirt dirty insects that turn in the room, curtains and quilts spotted and Polversi.

We were in Rome with a tour! Arrived at night and shone in the morning! The room we had was family, for three people. We all loved it! The room is big, cozy, lots of sockets and there is a terrace! The beds are comfortable! The room has a climate control! Bathroom clean, towels and shampoos were at all! The room was caught. And very tasty pastries for breakfast! And especially pleased with the coffee machine with unlimited amount of delicious coffee! Thanks!

According to your expectations you can say good or bad. They are 3* hotel and they deserved it. All the sraff are very kind and they try to do their best. We enjoyed our holiday during our visit.

Just value for money if you want to stay nights.

Currently I am in the hotel and after 2 days I can say that my judgement is quite acceptable. To the maximum availability reseption. Breakfast not the most abundant as variety.

Solid Hotel. Currently very noisy due to construction work.

Our car was broken right in front of the hotel and there was no help at all from reception.

The cigarette in the toilet is a beauty.

Start to finish an awful experience. Service at front desk was extremely rude. They were unable to fulfill needs that were promised, such as their provided transportation shuttle which we tried to book well in advanced but somehow was already completely full for the entire day. For the next morning the shuttle would have cost us 50 Euros, which was twice the price of an Uber. It was in the middle of absolutely no where and not as close to the city center as they make it seem. Rooms smelled musty. There was also a fee of 4 Euros per person per night which is fine, but they failed to ever mention it anywhere. When I tried to give the guy at the front desk a 20, he just kept yelling at me for a smaller bill. Then he proceeded to give us change using only 20 cents. This place was all around the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is very old and outdated, plus it smells bad. Would never stay here again. The staff is not bad.

Not a lavish hotel but has all the basics and was clean. The area and views out of the balcony were not great but that's reflected in the price. Would give it a 5 star rating but the heater wasn't working although, I have to be honest and say that this wasn't raised with the staff to give them the opportunity to correct so I can't be too harsh. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was also within 10 minutes walk of the nearest station and within an hour of Rome central on public transport or ~25 minutes by car.

Beautiful experience. I didn't have breakfast and I really enjoyed the fact that they didn't make me pay. Clean and serviced rooms according to current standards. Great price. To recommend.

A fairly cozy and informal place located very close to the junction at almost 100 meters. Clean rooms, staff friendly and obliging, all very modest and suitable for tourists already acquaintances of Rome, prices medium-low but depends a lot on the period and time before booking…

In a convenient place for those who have the car, I think it is a discreet structure. Not at all romantic, I would not use it for a honeymoon for example, and as hygiene aside from the floors and surfaces, the walls and draperies leave much to be desired, at least where I was settled. However my stay was discreet and reasonable for what I paid. The staff are friendly and helpful and the makeover of the room can also be done in the early afternoon (by 15.30).

Hotel selected by Vavabid has more than 20 kilometers from Rome without car plus de1h 30 from the center by Metro. Staff friendly but old and cold room. We did not escape the roof repairs so being on the top floor it was a delight for the ears. The hotel is in a commercial zoning to be discouraged for more than 2 nights, just for a step it goes.

Friendly staff The rooms are very clean. Close to the Metro to reach the historic centre.
The only downside is the rubbish that litter the street.

Total deception. Dirty room, smelling cigarette, air conditioner don't work is old and the filter is old too/dirty. I saw online looked nice but isn't what I saw. No customer service at all. I never come here again.

This hotel has nice room and affordable. Wifi is great. The train station is few blocks away. But, it is far from the Rome attractions like 30 minutes.

The price/ quality is ok. But it's located far away from the center. It's not a good option if you wants to enjoy the evening in Rome.

Nice hotel! quiet and comfortable! the food is always the same though and it's far from touristic places but you can use the subway to get around.

The location is great. When the new Metro branch will be built 5.

Spacious rooms in reasonable cost. Calm and quiet. Location is a bit far from Roma Termini and they have no room service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But if you are without a car, will not be very convenient to the center, as the area is not very pleasant.

Needs renovation walls were damp and bathroom was falling apart. The best thing was the takeaway pizza place down the road that was fantastic!

The area of Rome dirty, but the hotel itself is great all the amenities and cleanliness.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Services like printing flight tickets were no problem at all. Beds have a hard but comfortable mattress and adequate bathrooms (even with bidet! ) though the bathroom door is awkwardly placed. Breakfast buffet is not bad but disappointing by Roman standards, everything is sweet and even the croissants have a sugar coating, nothing hearty. Overall positive experience, but don't bother with breakfast.

Great service, simple but honest (apart from a pillow a little too cheese sandwich) and staff.

This hotel is very comfortable, if you have a car, more convenient. Staff was very friendly, 10 on 1 night, 2 and 8 in the morning, the staff service attitude is particularly good. Hotel close to Rome Station, Bus, very convenient.

Good day, we were 4 people that stayed Hotel Jonico from 26/3/2016 to 29/3/2016, the room were spacious and clean, the bathroom good, enough clean towels and everything else. The bad was a T. V. As big as an Iphone 6plus screen, well slightly bigger, just slightly, no kettle or coffee, tea in the room, the room smelt like smoke, noisy corridores, not in anyway a nice walk down to the station, breaks your wheeled suitcase wheels and it felt unsafe at sunset. The bus service is pathetic in Rome and very up and down, not reliable at all. Nothing wrong with the nearby station though, the cafe close to the station has the best cake for only 1Euro a piece. City tax of 4 Euros per person per day, and they charged me for time not spent at the hotel, had to leave early, I was OK to pay for the full booking but the City Tax, not on.

Is the worse place i've ever stayed at. Some one stoled my stuff in my room and the hotel told me to wait, 1 week without money and even without a way for me to eat in that week, is terrible, I spected more from it, theres not secury at all!. Is not secure.

Easy to reach, near the ring road and highways, good quality restaurants nearby.
Self service breakfast comfortable and plentiful. Great pastries, and braces and DIY chocolate. The espresso is "as it should".
Got a large rooms, clean and cheap considering the context pretty elegant too.
5 star staff always helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Nice Hotel, 35 minutes via Tram from Rome Termini Station. It is a far hotel, but the distance is not that bad comparing the prices with hotels in Roma old city. I was there 5 days and went in the morning to the city and came back late at night. The service is OK. Only breakfast, a coffee machine, juice machine and different cakes and croissants.

Pathetic Hotel:
-The hotel is located in an industrial area near the exit of Rome (200 m), so it is extremely far from the centre (45 min to 1 h 30 in tram/bus, allow extra time if you eventually take the metro knowing that line A (the only nearby (15 min walk) is under construction until end of August 2011. ) (foot + bus + metro + bus and finally Termini)
-The hotel is even comfortable, the service offered was good if you're not Youngs.
-The staff is outrageous. Spoken English does not exceed the basic English tainted with a strong Italian accent, the smile is optional and when you start the conversation, your interlocutor did not hesitate to turn the conversation to speak with his colleague who just cut you off…
Appreciation: terrible! A hotel that I highly recommend for its distance from downtown and clumsy staff.

Too far from Roma Termini. The service was nice and rooms were well maintained but too far for a daily travel. The breakfast needs to be improved. There is an additional charge of 2 Euros per person per night be ready to pay in cash. Friendly helpful staff but wont stay there again due to location.
