Well located with a direct link to Dubai mall and metro station. It's an elegant and charming hotel where the staff is always available, helpfull and smiling. The pools are fantastics and children will appreciate their own one with a water toboggan under a waterfall. The pool bar is there to offer you all desired refreshments. Overall look and fell is really pleasant and classy. Maybe one drawback in the restaurant for those who would like to have a choice of salads… this is missing. Do not forget to visit the fitness and the spa which are just Woooaaaa! go there and enjoy.

Different interior and feel to the hotel than motel other Address hotels in Dubai. Staff also very well mannered and welcoming.

Had my 32nd intimate birthday celebration here and it couldn’t get any better! This hotel captivated me from the time I entered their luxurious lobby (that surprisingly matches with my birthday outfit) to the warm and wonderful staff. The Lobby Lounge Supervisor, Ms. Ivy, (who happens to be a Filipina, too) gave an exceptional service with the help of Emel, that explained about the menu very well in a manner that I’ll enjoy better; to Melody who took a lovely picture of me …in the lobby; and Laura from The Restaurant who toured me around the hotel restaurant which made me realize even more how cozy and homely this unique hotel indeed. They all made my day unforgettable more than I can hope for! I usually prefer to visit nice hotels just once and find another but I am convinced this hotel will be an exemption as it’s truly comforting and luxurious. Everything about this place is classy and made me feel every inch of a lady… I couldn’t be more grateful.

Fancy shmanzy beautiful hotel with wonderful view of all of Dubai specially if you get a room on the top of the building. The rooms are almost like executive rooms in other hotels, the bathtub has also view of the beautiful city. Their breakfast is good and the spa is also nice. The hotel is attached to Dubai mall and located in the middle of Dubai Downtown.

Perfectly located next to Dubai Mall, this lifestyle resort ranks amongst the best Dubai hotels. The food is excellent, the atmosphere of the bar is wonderful and the staff is very professional. Main improvement areas: — the music volume of the outdoor pool is not consistent, very often too loud and not sync'ed between speakers making the pool experience less pleasurable; — TOO MANY KIDS are allowed in the adult pools, jeopardizing both cleanliness and calmness of the place;

The excitement starts at the lobby itself. One of the most elegant lobbies you will find in Dubai. It has a feel of an art gallery yet filled with modern interiors. In fact, there are custom art pieces scattered all over The Address Boulevard.   Since we had a booking for the Executive Suite, we were escorted to the Club Lounge for check in. The process couldn't get smoother or fancier. The club lounge serves food and drinks and even has a meeting room. All inclusive if you book an Executive Suite.

Been there for afternoon tea and it was so yummy with good price, service was great and the place so beautiful overview Burj Khalifa.

Last night I stopped for Iftar dinner with a friend and we had a chance to explore this newly opened place. Spacious, elegant and very well designed with beautiful marble floors and high ceilings. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall, the tallest building Burj Khalifa and the Downtown. I envy hotel guests.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Dubai over the years but Address Boulevard outshines all the others. Beautiful interior design, colour scheme, and ornamentation. The clean lines of glass, steel, and copious white marble are warmed by the subtle colour scheme. The Restaurant within the hotel is unique in its design and the food of top international standard. While the menu is not extensive the quality of the food and presentation is really excellent. The mix of flavours and textures outstanding. The management of this hotel is to be congratulated for creating something that outshines the rest. I'm thrilled thatI have found a hotel that excites me. The staff is friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Bravi!

We are guest of the Address Chain in Dubai and we tried 3 of them. Last April we spent 2 nights in the Address Boulevard wonderful new hotel just across the Dubai mall with an amazing environment and high quality accommodation with all the amenities you need in your ADDRESS just like at home that is why we would come back again. The Pool area is divided in 2 different levels… a great view over The Burj Khalifa and the rest of Downtown definitely a place to stay.

This is the new The Address Hotel. It is really special from every point of view. The design is so cozy that you feel at home. The clear interior colours give you a sense of tranquility and serenity. The views are all beautiful. GYM is really fully equipped and swimming pools are designed for relaxing. Food is amazing from the healthy breakfast to the 24 hours menu… yest the restaurant is open 24 hours. Try The Address Boulevard any day and any moment for a unique experience. It is also connected directly to The Dubai Mall.

Vry beautiful and amazing hotel and Residence bulding. 2nd tallest bulding in downtown. Art and chandliar are to much beautiful. There a Resturent like home, spa for men and female. Other more beautiful.
