The room was comfortable and clean with a great view from the window and a complimentary Easter cupcake, they also served coffee and tea which was very thoughtful, it's a traditional residential

Very good location, 10 min away from city center, 10 min away from Vatican city, but quite.
The room is well done and clean. Enough space for 2!

Excellent location — we walked easily to get breakfast lunch dinner and to the main sites. Although it was 20-45 mins walk it was well worth it to see the city!

I recently stayed at the Regal House Hotel and was extremely satisfied. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished, with a classic and elegant design.

We just had 5 days here and absolutely loved it. Alessandro provided a wonderful base for us to experience a true Italian village experience. It’s a town full of history and a lovely relaxing vibe.

Location is near a bus stop, laundry, good pizza and grocery. I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for the street noise. Make sure to bring ear plugs. Service is warm and friendly.

My Room was small but clean and someone came to clean everyday.

It is a few minutes walk from the Vatican, very clean and comfortable.

First of all extremely clean, I had direct communication via whatapp.
It is in a very good location 300m from the metro (line 1), it has a super market at 50m.

It's a very nice place with huge garden with outdoor seating perfect to relax and share meals with friends. The houses are equally wonderful as well, equipped with furnishing and kitchenware.

This is an amazing residence. The landlady is so nice and helpful. There's a beautiful courtyard.

Lovely service and nice rooms. Everything was super clean. The receptionists were very friendly. It’s not a hotel though, just apartments but still very nice.

Stayed in this property for business reasons. Excellent structure, ideal welcome, excellent cleanliness, you feel at home. The pool is wonderful and the staff very kind and very helpful.

Classy structure, welcoming, quiet and relaxing, friendly and helpful staff, rooms of a higher level than the norm, delightful swimming pool, extremely positive service cost ratio.
