Super nice apartment in a great neighborhood. We had stayed 4 nights, family (2 adults and 3 children).
Good value, we had stayed in the Trevi suite.

Stayed with my two daughters. I am not sure why the reviews are THAT bad. It is an ok place, awesome location. Very good rooms, clean albeit somewhat smaller than seen in the photos.

It is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel… Great service and beautiful location … We recommend it to everyone.

Everything is very easily accessible by bus, there are many beautiful sights on the way to the city. There are shops nearby.

Perfect stay in Rome. Room was absolutely perfect and clean. Every thing is there which you need in the room (fridge, electric kettle. Etc). Breakfast 🥞 was simple but very good.

Firstly the hosts were amazing! From the moment we got there to the moment we left. They helped us a lot and were so warm during our stay.

We just spent a few days in Roma. We enjoy the hospitality of Maria, she welcomed us and answered many questions. Rooms are clean, quiet and well decorated.

You don’t get chocolates on the pillow. However, if you want a friendly staff, close to the Metro, and clean safe rooms. This is the place to be your stay for Rome. They are one stop from Termini.

We're hotel people, but we tried this space I call a guest house because of its proximity to the conference hotel. The hosts were wonderful and the space was beautiful.

The b&b was nice and clean, it has a great views of the Vatican.

Lived here for over 3years and never regretted. Clean, homely and beautiful place. Staff are friendly. Walking distance to every where — bus stop, metro, church supermarkets, etc.

It's a perfect choice for a short or long stay in Rome. Marco directed us to Mario who gave us the keys and all the info we needed to know. The apartment was in good condition.

A very big giant place, everything is nearby you, Anna was really gentil and helpful, I expected a normal room with 40 m2 and I get this wonderful place. Really spent 3 calm lovely nights here.

Nice house.
Only thing is the walls of the rooms are very thin (the 2 bedrooms down stairs).
You can hear even normal volume through the walls.
No toilet paper provided.
