It's a revitalized hotel from the 90s located at the heart of Surabaya, only a walking distance to lively Tunjungan Walk, and the famous Tunjungan Plaza.

Event for 20 y o hotel, the condition and cleanliness well maintain, good job royal senyiur team. For the last 20 years, they could kept almost the same price as they were built back then.

Location is near the waterfall. The road that leads to hotel is steep. Hotel is very old-fashioned, but still in pretty good condition.

We always love checking in to Crown Prince Hotel! The staff are so friendly & helpful! The rooms are always so clean & functioning well! The aircon is strong & so is the Wi-Fi.

Room was spacious and clean, location is superb as it is located straight in the middle of city. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel to stay in Jember, as it has a good location, not too far from alun-alun. The rooms have a nice ambience, and the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are relatively clean.

Aston Hotel Jember is a reliable choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The hotel’s strategic location makes it easy to access major areas in the city, and getting there is simple.

The best place to stay for vacation in Malang city. I have been to Malang quite several times & so far this is the best hotel in town.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally spacious.

Atria Hotel Malang offers a comfortable stay with spacious and cozy rooms. The bathroom is a bit cramped and lacks hooks for towels and clothes, which could be improved.

Super satisfying. Love the ambiance, the cozy, food, and the people. We spent only 1 night here after visiting Kawah Ijen. It's a perfect place to relax and find a balance.

This is the 2nd time visited this place, fast cek in process. We booked through OTA, got good room # 205 & WOW rooms, new duvvee, pillow case, clean, AC work. Well, hot water pressure.

We had a wonderful family holiday at The Trans Luxury Hotel Surabaya. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for families.

The location is absolutely unbeatable —smack dab in the city center. Getting around was a breeze since everything is so accessible.
Got comfortable room, tidy and clean amenities, also free minibar.

The water pressure was nice and the hot water is on 24 hours.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Madiun and overall had a very pleasant experience.

I had such a wonderful iftar experience! The food was simply délicieux, especially the kambing guling. The kambing guling was so tender, juicy, and full of so much flavor.

They have a spacious room and luxury bathroom.

As a newcomer to Cepu, I was pleasantly surprised by Ammi Hotel. The building itself is a stunning sight, and the atmosphere inside is equally inviting.

Room.
Clean and tidy, typical 4-star hotel. Things to improve: hot water didn't work, and the soap wasn't smelling good at all.
Facilities: Decent pool and small gym. Not many to enjoy.

I arrived late in the afternoon and upon check-in, the receptionist told me that they have a program called ‘Guest of The Day’, and I was selected. It was a pleasant surprise after a long day.

This hotel is truly excellent—very comfortable, clean, and all goods.
Its strategic location is a big plus, just a short walk from a supermarket and souvenir shops.

So another reviewer said that the twin bed was big enough for a family and yes it's true! We are 2 adults and 2 kids, both had enough space to sleep comfortably. This is a plus for a family.

We stayed at Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City for 2 nights (Oct 29 — Oct 31) on a double bed standard room.
Hotel is brand new, located conveniently within the mall, and not too far from Juanda Airport.

A little disappointed as there are odour in the room. But they tried their best to rectify by spraying refreshers and all. However, overall, it was a good place to stay. Service was good and friendly.

Highly recommended aparthotel staycation place in the heart of West Surabaya with reasonable room rate, homey, comfy and spacious room with complete and luxurious pool, nice thematic gigantic pool,

I would like to compliment Ms Irish for her exceptional service in handling customer queries.
