Very comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally spacious. This is a functional hotel that is geared up for business but is equally fine if you are travelling through and fancy somewhere a little more comfortable for a night or two. If you are climbing Mount Bromo or undertaking any early morning activities 'pack-up' breakfast will be provided. The restaurant food was very nice too.
Good location spacious lobby spacious room, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately altough the indoor pool located in central and beside resto which is no private room. The hall spacious and clean but little bit difficult to find shop or culinary hotel’s arounds.

The best place to stay for vacation in Malang city. I have been to Malang quite several times & so far this is the best hotel in town. The best breakfast & warm friendly helping staff is the key important here. I give the best credit to the staff which is friendly, helping & very polite. I do recommending this hotel to all visitors to Malang in the future & of course I will be returning to this place soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 infinity stars, kudos!
