Whether you’re here to chill, work, or take a quick break from the city, it’s the perfect spot. Definitely coming back for another relaxing getaway.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but Ascott Waterplace Surabaya surprised me. The room felt like an apartment, which I really enjoyed. The couch, the little kitchen, the big bed. It all made the stay super comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I slept so well every night. Its also near mall, such a good place to stay 👍🏻

I traveled with my friends and we honestly had a really good stay at Ascott. The receptionists were super kind, the staff were always ready to help with anything, and the room felt really nice and kind of luxurious. It was also super convenient because we could cook and even wash our clothes in the room. Every time we walked past a staff member they’d greet us, which felt really welcoming. Location wise it’s great too close to PTC and there are convenience stores nearby. Overall, probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Surabaya and definitely a solid choice if you wanna chill and vacation with your friends.

I had a really great time in ascott the pools are very great they have several pools that are unique, it was very fun. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too, when I asked where the money changer is and also restaurant recommendations they give all great options, also the rooms are very nice and clean. Overall, just a really comfortable and easy stay.

I had the pleasure of a complimentary stay at Ascott Waterplace Surabaya in one of their deluxe rooms, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated the Indonesian cultural ambience throughout the hotel and the thoughtful use of sustainable materials in some of the room’s products and objects, which gave a meaningful touch to the stay. The view from my room was absolutely top-notch — definitely one of the highlights. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Loved my stay at Ascott waterplace sby. The room was super spacious, spotless, and had that cozy yet luxury vibe! Staff were all smiles and super helpful from check in to out. The pool and facilities made it feel like a mini holiday in the city. Work moments and meetings were super comfortable too… staycation vibes checked, work mode checked… I also went on vacation here with my friends and we had the best time. Definitely coming back soon!

I stayed here on May to celebrate my mom’s bday. I thanked the team to help me making a beautiful set up in our room. Kak Nerisa is sooo thoughtful and helpful. She made our stay from the pre-arrival to departure so easy. Thanks to kak Feriz and one of the security team for coming to our room singing bday song for my mom. We enjoyed the kids pool and playground. My baby loved it! Will stay there again in the near future.

Ascott hotel is among the best hôtels I 've ever been to. The rooms are spacious, the comfort is there, you can cook, do your landry, iron your shirt, go to the pool, it's a ready to use place!
The staff is so helpful, you have a question they answer it, you need a cab in the middle of the night they call it for you, you can also receive packages in there. For example my friend sent me some typical indonesian Coffee and they delivered it to me as soon as I went to the lobby.
Overall it's a very nice place with a lot of services, and very close to Pakuwon mall, perfect if you want to shop!

Saya dan keluarga besar dari jakarta memilih stay di ascott waterplace dari tanggal 20 June — 24 June, kami booked 3 units at first dan keesokannya menjadi 2 units satu lantai.
The service was unfriendly and cold. It felt like the staff were more interested in chatting among themselves than helping guests.
When I requested another keys room with a guy in photos a. K. A receptionist at 10pm, the employee rolled their eyes and made me feel like I was bothering them. This is not the service I expected and I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
But, I wouls say thankyou to pak farish to make my stay easier and warm.

We’re a family of four from Sydney, Australia and recently stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment in Ascott Waterplace Surabaya, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was very spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable—perfect for both short and extended stays. The layout provided plenty of room for relaxation and privacy, which was ideal for our family.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly.

My 4 nights stay from 30 May to 3 Jun 2025 was a great experience from pick-up at the train station to check-out. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Made good recommnendations on where to dine, shop and sightseeing. Even helped us to order local snacks to bring home. The property and apartments were well maintained. Thnaks to Budhi (property manager) and Mia (Asst Property Manager) and their team it was a memorable experience staying here. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect place for stay in Surabaya. Always stay here when come to Surabaya because the staff was friendly, location near pakuwon mall, the room was huge, clean, odorless, also have kitchen. The price really affordable with all the facilities available.

Very convenient location. Just opposite the mall. Unit is really spacious. We are happy with our booking. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. We have some enquiries and need help during our stay and they are really helpful and very efficient. Highly recommended. We willl definately stay here again.

Room a bit dated but all in working order. Some minor problems with the leaking water from the shower and the tv, maintenance service came right away and rectified the problem in a professional manners.
Room 3106, all the service maintenance and the house keeping team during our stay were excellent and exceptional service! Welldone team.
The view was nice and the location just perfect for shopping, foodies experience and easy access to the surroundings area.

For a homey vibes and a place to relax with your family's, Loved one or your partner. Ascott waterplace is the hotel for you. I love this place as I was able to cook with my fiance and they have the utensils you need! And the location is pretty good as you can buy almost anything you want around it!

Rooms were spacious and clean, however quite expensive.
Service was amazing and top notch — brought a large crowd to stay. We were assisted very well by Mr Darmadi Unjaya hence organising everything was at ease.
Location is perfect as it is just across Pakuwon Mall.
Overall, above average.
