I had a genuinely pleasurable experience at Aston Jember. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service made the trip feel easy and stress-free.
A special thank you to the staff who went above and beyond: Mr. Hakam, Mr. Agung, Mr. Christino, and Mr. Sugi. They were consistently helpful, professional, and attentive, and their support made a real difference throughout the stay.
One highlight for me was the gym — it’s well equipped and the personal trainer there was excellent, making it a great facility if you want to keep training while you’re in town.
If you’re visiting Jember, I strongly recommend staying at Aston Jember. The team will genuinely help make your trip better.

A good hotel to stay in Jember, as it has a good location, not too far from alun-alun. The rooms have a nice ambience, and the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are relatively clean. The towels we had are slightly stained though. They also have a variety of amenities, such as swimming pool and gym. The breakfast also has a nice variety, although the food quality could be improved overall. The staff here are helpful, but could be friendlier to improve the overall hospitality experience.

Stay at your hotel on Dec 9-11, 2025, overall need many things for your review.
Start from check in that according to your front office staff I will get the room with no windows. I'm surprised there is a 4 stars hotel selling room with no windows.
Despite I could not stay in that kind of room there were no information about the reservation. I ask for another room as I could not stay in that kind of room. The staff offer another room but had to pay extra. I object if have to pay more.
After tough argumentation he agree to give the room. Another thing is he said repeatedly that I could only check-in at 2 PM as per regulation. As I came to the hotel at 10 AM, I understand the check-in regulation but it got annoying because he said repeatedly as I also very tired after 13 hours train ride from Jakarta. I do wait until the time but during the waiting I see some guess got their room directly. I didn't ask just sit in the lobby whereas they can see me clearly waiting.
Another thing that it hard to accept there is no attention enough for the guess needed. I ask for the bath towels as I found there were not at all when I took the shower. Call the staff to send it for 3 times for more 30 minutes there were no staff came to bring it. I need to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask the towel and pick-up by myself.
Although after that, your staff send fruit platter for apology.
