This hotel has a strategic location, situated right next to a supermarket. The modern, trendy design really matches millennial tastes, and the service is friendly and comfortable.
However, the cleanliness needs improvement, as I found a small insect in the bathroom. It’s okay though—I won’t upload the photo as proof.

Since 2022 ive been here and staying alot of times in this hotel, the room is comfy and the restaurant are soo gooddd,, the menu aleays changing and not boring at all, taste so good till I cant moved out from whats next tommorow menu,, all over this affordable place ive got in surabaya. Great place great food,, very recomended…

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers a very nice and cozy stay, with spacious, cold rooms that are perfect for relaxing. The 6th floor boasts a beautiful view, and the bathrooms are clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained. The room is airy and comfortable, ideal for both short and long stays. Everything is neat and smells great, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, it’s worth noting that it can sometimes be noisy during the day and night due to ongoing improvements in the area. Despite that, the comfort and ambiance make it a great place to stay.

Very steep and small entrance even for tour bus. No hair dryer but can request from the reception. Just provide room number and they will bring to your room. Got provide laundry with IDR50k for one full bag and the next day they will bring to your room. Got free water dispenser but the area is lack of lights and quite dim. Condition of the room is reasonable good and well maintained. Buffet style breakfast with varieties and delicious food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was Clean and very comfortable, and I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this Hotel!

Yello hotel is the one hotel I always go back to when im in SBY. Located near Superindo and a lot of cafes make in convenient to stay there. The room is Perfect size, not compact. All clean and comfortable.
Only one minus, the breakfast. Even the variety of the breakfast is a lot but the taste… Is not that good. Maybe for the food taste can be more better.

High quality of Hospitality and the Best hotel for bussines trip and staycation, the location is strategic, it has game zone and fun acitvity in the lobby, furthermore the Restaurant has update menu namely kopitiam series, this place is truly epic, Good job and keep the best.

Warning : family with kids … please never book this hotel. The hotel will not provide non smoking room as you requested.
(Last night we have ordered 2 connecting non smoking room… but the gave us 2 smoking room connecting room… the officer just explained those only rooms left… we are so dissapointed… we are family with kids… we left the hotel… so dissapointed)

The room is big, the ambience is good.
They provide toiletries, and they handle complain very well.
Overall this hotel is pretty good.
