A good place to staying for business trip or flash traveling in Surabaya. Nice concept of room, meeting room, and lobby. There's gaming station for you who loves game so much. For kids Playland too. There's parking lot in basement. Good food at the restaurant.

Quite new hotel and clean with reasonable price. But the food taste is average.

Clean, comfortable and quite cozy. Wide range selection for breakfast, the room is cleaned everyday, friendly and helpful staff. Next to the hotel is Superindo supermarket, the place where you could buy all your requirements, such as toiletries, snack, fruit, basically, everything. I recommend staying at Yello for holiday or business trip.

Staying here for five days with group of people having workshop, I found the food and the coffee break service was plain. There was nothing extra ordinary. Breakfast was too many people and the staff is too slow to refill the food so there was not sufficient food on the buffet table. Lunch was too simple for a class hotel like Yello. Dinner was so plain so people order more food outside to satisfy after long day work at the conference room. I stayed at room 502, the room is small for share with two people. There is a table in the room but no chair. The shower room is small with no adjusted for the headshower. There is no shampoo provided. The towel needs to renew, they are old and look dirty. When I asked if they had recreation center like treadmills I could walk onto, (people need it after long hours working in confidence) they said I might be jogging in the parking lot! What? I won't do that! That's definitely not safe!

Budget hotel with clean room and nice welcome staffs. Forgot laptops, etc in safe deposit box, staff called after some hours and got it back with everything were there. Good service.

Hotel yang wajib dikunjungi ketika berada disurabaya. Desain dan atmosfer hotel cukup menarik. Kamar cukup lega, bersih, desain art sangat menarik. Lobby cukup cekatan dan sangat baik pelayanannya. Ada ruang tunggu di dekat lobby yg sangat instagenic. Untuk restoran makanan sangat bervariasi dan enak semua. Recomended.

The hotel was well designed, modern and had a great interesting theme. The room was a traditional square room, not so big, but since its well designed, it had good ambience and comfortable. The bed and the bed room was nice and comfy.

Budget hotel with good ambience. Cozy place and have a good restaurants. You can get all you can eat seafood in the restaurant here (in kampoeng nelayan — M floor) every Wednesday 7 — 10 PM.

I been to the cafe and found out that the interior was fine, cozy, and cool. But the service should be better as this is a place where hospitality matters.

I didn't actually stay in the room. I was here for a particular event and I just lingered around the lobby and ground floor meeting room. However, from what I saw, the interior design and ambiance of the place was quite good. Clearly it's quite a place for young people (or at least people with cheerful personalities). The parking space is quite sufficient.

It's a budget hotel that near to airport. We stayed here for 1 night. The room is clean and comfy. The staffs are friendly too. There is no fridge inside the room but you can ask the staff to keep your things if you need it.

Hotelnya berkonsep unik. Banyak mural di dindingnya. Tadi nyobain restorantnya, ice lemon teanya kayak ada mintnya jadi rasanya aneh. Trus nyobain nasi gorengnya juga biasa aja. Harganya cukup mahal. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan kualitas dan rasanya.
