Truly budget business hotel that located in the heart of Surabaya City. Their staff's were very helpful and kindly but need improvement for cleanliness due to my pillow sheet seems still dirty and not changed with new one. Their breakfast were decent and adequate.
The room is okay, with two problems:
— The Wi-Fi is not working.
— It's close to the main street, which can be loud at night.
Service is quite. They have room cleaning service. Sometimes they changed the towel, sometimes not.
Location is also quite good. Located in Jemursari, it's quite close to public facilities, such as restaurants, gas stations, and minimarkets. The problem arises when the destinations are in Central Surabaya, where you have to use motorcycle taxi to get there.
