I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is still brand new and honestly gave me the same feeling as staying at The Trans Hotel Bandung. Modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Since the hotel is still new, there was a slight paint smell in the room, but it was not too noticeable and did not affect my overall comfort during the stay.
A special thanks to Mr. Maulana who assisted me during check-in. He was very friendly and welcoming. He even walked me to the elevator and had a pleasant conversation along the way, a simple gesture that made me feel genuinely welcomed and left a great impression.
Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and enjoyed my time here. Looking forward to coming back once I’m in the area again.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The hotel is very comfortable, and all of the facilities are excellent. The lobby and overall architecture feel very luxurious and beautifully designed.
The booking process until check-in was very smooth. The breakfast was also amazing, with so many delicious varieties. All the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
