Samara Resort

We spend 1 night at Samara villa. Room is clean, support is good when we face water problem at night. Overall we satisfied stay at this resort.

Booked through OTA, stay at & 213, check in process so easy, reception fast response as soon as mentioned name, escort properly. Rooms are good, there are variety of TV Channel, water pressure also meet the expextation. Breakfast time quite crowded but the staf properly prepare & Quick response to clear up dirty dishes, variety ot F&B good. Several points may need to improvement.
1. Room — sheet as well as duvvee.
2. Tidyness — there is dirty towel still at cupboard — but it is okay.
3. POOL cleanliness.
Over all — I recommend to whom love travelling to Batu. Good value for money.

Not recommended, service-food-room just average-below expectations, breakfast so bad with restriction while others hotel serve far more delicious and without add more fees, hopefully they will consider this.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations I had based on your reputation and previous positive reviews.
Given the high rates charged for meals, I expected a higher standard of quality and taste.
I hope you take these concerns seriously and take immediate steps to improve the service and food quality at your establishment. I believe that addressing these issues will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

This hotel is the most impressive of the several hotels in Batu that I have stayed at. The location is strategic and the view is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious.

I stayed here for 2 days. I booked from traveloka apps. You should make sure the breakfast rule whether it will be ala carte or buffet, because in my experience was ala carte so just given 1 main course 1 side dish and 1 beverage. It was so disappointed because I paid for same price at weekend but salute when the officer offered me a compensation.

Perfect location, realtively clean room, good service. The think that need to need to be improves:
1. Room cleanliness, as the floor bit sticky and still alot of hairs on the floor especially under the bedside table.
2. Please change the bath towels as its very rough and some of them are ripped on the edge.
3. Maybe if the room can be put a minibar fridge will be better as guest also want to keep sone foods and drinks in the fridge by them self instead of must calling reception for putting/taking the foods/drinks from restaurant fridge.

Samara Resort, remember this name as the best hotel in Batu, Malang! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my family for 2 days at the weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in — the staff in the lobby gave us our room keys with all help of very nice, friendly and professional who have great as an entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG I love the pillows, bathroom with shower very clean. Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in less than 20 min was delivered to our room, and it is delicious! and the breakfast give me more excitement, I will give the credit to Ms. Dewi for giving the best hospitality to my mother. I am so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Overall I had best stay ever at Samara Resort! and definitely will back there and will recomend this piece of heaven in Batu, Malang to everyone! :) THANK YOU Samara Resort! :)
