Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu

I've stayed at a lot of hotels around the world but Golden Tulip Holland is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! All the staff were so genuine in their jobs and service and are always so helpful. Their service is even better than the hotel chains I've stayed at such as Pan Pacific and Park Royal. You can tell the staff at Golden Tulip are so happy to always help guests.
The room is so comfortable with sufficient amenities provided. The daily housekeeping kept the room super clean as well!
The breakfast spread was amazing and one of the best breakfast I have ever seen and tasted! Really delicious and the staff were always willing to help to find a table. There are always sufficient tables to sit even during busy breakfast hours.
The hotel was also so nice to give free refreshments such as a free welcome cake and fruits salad!
Really great for kids too with their kids club and kids pool!

We had an amazing stay at Golden Tulip Resort Batu. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures from the crew, including a beautiful platter of fresh fruits and complimentary desserts. The room and amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

For those who want a comfortable holiday, stunning views, complete hotel facilities, and of course excellent service in the Batu/Malang area, Golden Tulip is definitely worth considering.

My stay at the Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu was an absolutely exceptional experience. This resort truly sets the standard for luxury and comfort in the Batu area, offering a perfect blend of world-class facilities and the serene beauty of the mountain setting.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were professional, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail, making us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient.
The room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We had a magnificent mountain view from our balcony, which was simply breathtaking, especially with the fresh mountain air. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the large, clean bathroom added to the luxurious feel.
The facilities are fantastic, making it a "one-stop vacation" spot. The kids' club and playgrounds were a huge hit with my family, and the swimming pool (both indoor/outdoor options and a warm whirlpool) was wonderful. I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness center and the gorgeous ambiance of the Skydome Lounge.
The dining experience was another highlight. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering an enormous and delicious variety of both local Indonesian and Western cuisine. We also enjoyed a beautiful dinner at one of the on-site restaurants, with food quality that was consistently superb.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and had amazing stay. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing both in the morning and night. Breakfast was delicious and vary. Service was excellent. Location wise, it’s strategically located near JatimPark 2, JatimPark 1 and Batu Night Spectacular. Recommended for travelers looking to spend their holiday relaxing with a view.

5 star hotel in the strategic loccation. Only 5 mins to Secret Zoo and Batu Night Spectacular makes this hotel worth to be an option in Batu with luxury stay.
They have warm pool which very suitable for kids. They also have kids pool with mini waterpark. When your kids want to play, they have 2 indoor playground in different floor and outside playground.
Room itself spacious enough with complete amenities.
Breakfast menu has many choices but they really strict on kids age.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities is complete. Kids playground, kidspool, sauna, jacuzzi.
The room is a little bit old, but still in good condition.
Many foods varieties for the breakfast, you wont bored. And the best thing was their small cakes.
They had Sushi, Indonesian, Western and Traditional foods.

Best hotel in Batu! The room is clean and tidy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has lots of food variety from local cuisine until western food. Keep up the good work! Definitely recommend to friends and surely come back for the next visit to Batu.

This is truly a great place to relax, with beautiful surroundings. The facilities are excellent — everything is well-maintained, modern, and very enjoyable.
The customer service staff were outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and professional, making my stay even more comfortable. My room was spotless, and I was impressed by how generous they were with daily necessities like soap, shampoo, bottled water, and towels.
The food was also amazing — especially the breakfast! There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying.

A perfect choice for our wedding anniversary, and conveniently located near Malang city. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff throughout. The breakfast menu was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's spots were spotless. We also enjoyed the complimentary electric bike and bicycle rentals, which added to the fun despite the limited area. Dinner at the skydome was fantastic, with generous portions and great taste. The staff even accommodated our anniversary request for a special message, free of charge.
Some minor concerns: the kids' pool area requires close supervision, as some parts of the slide need repair. The pool water was quite chilly due to the location in Batu. One potential drawback for older guests might be the hotel's layout, with multiple buildings requiring some walking between them.
Overall, a great experience!

Had e very nice stay here, very friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, they had a very proper coffee. One of the chef (mas Ubay) even give my kids fresh fruit! Thankyou Golden Tulip, definitely will come back🥰

Stayed at golden tulip and honestly, the view, room, and ambience were super nice perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or spending quality time with family. Really enjoyed the chill vibes. But kinda disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t meet the expectation. Surprisingly, dinner at their restaurant (skydorm) was actually really good! wish the breakfast had the same standard.

Good services all around. Breakfast is amazingly good;the pastries especially nice. Nice clean room with tv. Bath room is good, however perhaps hair towels should be provided. Staffs are all nice and friendly. Special mention to Siwi, a kind staff assisting us avoid queueing during checkout. Thanks for a good experience!
