Nice Place, good view, cool, friendly, delicious food, overall is good.

Clean rooms, good staffs, yummy breakfast. Service during pandemic is very good. They make sure safety and cleanliness number one. Keep up the good work!

Lovely place, had a afternoon swim at the pool with the kids. Everything was fine. Then I went to branche to ask about the dinner buffet. The staff told me there was no need to make a booking, just walk in. I went back with the family to branche at 6pm and the staff told me there's no dinner buffet, it has been moved to the main lobby due to another event and it's fully booked. I asked the staff how come when I asked earlier, there was no mention there was no dinner buffet at branche and not needing to make a booking. All the staff could do was smile and could not answer. Lovely place, poor staff training.

Very recomended Hotel and Resort, with a cool climates and fresh air, beautiful environments, luxury rooms and very delicate and choices of breakfasts. Helpfully and very kind staff, near to city of Malang. I’m enjoy it so much staying in this hotel.

One of the newest hotel in the city. very fancy, beautifully build. deeply amazed to the attention to the details. Like as simple as different colour for the coffee/tea/sugar sachet. water pressure is amazing, hot water easy. night view is amazing. staff are very polite and very helpful. big parking area. Big pool and very nice. very big playground for kids (yes, its amazing) hint: ask for pool view room.

Kids friendly hotel, there's a pool with warm water, so you can swim even in a cold weather. All the staff are very helpful. Good room interior and also it has complete menu for breakfast starts from american to asian menu. Definitely will come back if we're going to Batu again. Rio & Rita F.

At first I got really confused in using the lift, since I was trying to seek Musholla and Restaurant. Yet once you knew it, you'll be very much amused by the hotel scenery. You can even start Yoga in here. But somehow the lunch preparation should be earlier, because the hotel guest wont be waiting longer than it should be. Plus the hotel has high occupancy… so it should be managed well.

Great hotel, good food, good service. Great view. If you use GPS to find it, don't use Google Map as they will refer you through small and steep alleyways which is ridiculous since you can just keep driving on the main road. Use WAZE instead. If you're driving, go to Villa Panderman, it's located in there. Breakfast is superb.

New hotel. Good location. Good ambiance. Good view. Too bad the room is dusty. Maybe they don't have enough time to clean it due to the high demand. Overall nice place.

The great destination to stay in Batu, all modern 'Holland' athmospere surrounded with Batu highest point make your memorable best picture at the chapel as point of interest. This place also has interesting pool with cold icy and warm waters for children. Highly recommended.

I ve been here celebrating new year eve. New place with new design and facilities. It has child playground. Good for family trip, also couple trip. I got hill view from my room. I will come back, next time.
