One good thing about this hotel is their food variety, readiness, and sevices. I'd been served with a nice vegan meals, by request. They made me grilled steak from peas and tempeh.

One of the best and most reasonably priced places I’ve stayed at in Indonesia so far. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a very pleasant stay from the moment I arrived.

I had a lovely iftar here. The buffet selection was complete, everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the service was very attentive. A perfect place for Ramadan gatherings.

I always enjoy staying at Batiqa Hotel, and this was my first time at the Darmokali Surabaya location. It was still a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cheap and good for relaxing with friends.

Kontena provides unique experience to sleep inside a container. The room is small tho (ofc it's a container 🙄). But!

I stayed at Hotel Kontena Malang for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a unique and modern container-style design that makes it very Instagrammable.

Stayed for a night for a short visit, and the service was top notch!

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding event. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The outdoor parking area is spacious. I agree with all the other positive reviewers.

The location is superb as it's located in the city central, close to train station, fabulous restaurants and food place.

Lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean, and the staff are absolutely brilliant—super friendly and helpful, both online and in person.

Very bice and clean hotel, the staffs are.
Also very pollite and helpfull. The breakfast also good. But need to upgrade the room soundproofing. We can hear the noise from the outside.

Our visit was absolutely pleasant from start to finish. We especially loved the restaurant’s atmosphere — it’s a place where you feel comfortable right away.

I was two times stay at Harris Gubeng. Usually on Harris Satelit HR Muhammad.
1st time I choose Smart room, look like nice for the decoration, but. Too small for our family.

The staff at the reception were very comprehensive as they allowed us to stay in our room a little longer as we couldn't sleep during the night due to a nocturnal excursion.

Enjoying staying 1 night in La Lisa Hotel and staying for business trip. I like all the seats in lobby & in 4th floor which offer a 'home' vibe. Price is affordable.

Since the first time I stayed at Swiss-Belinn Manyar in January 2025, this place becomes our base whenever I visit Surabaya (average 4x a year).

Nice, strategic location in the Manyar area — close to lots of food options and easy to get around. I stayed here because I had an event near Pakuwon.

Perfectly located hotel if you are planning to go to the airport next day as they have a shuttle that takes you directly to the terminal.

Excellent hotel near Juanda Airport Terminal 2. Very suitable for early morning flight traveller or for transit. Only 5 mins driving to 2nd terminal of Juanda.

Had a great experience staying at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The hotel has several restaurants with different concepts, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Great service, friendly and helpful all around.
Room is ok sized, but no noise so all good and smells really nice.
Lots of restaurants within the hotel, good variety of food.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, but the decor was a bit dated and the TV signal was poor.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and check-in was quick. The room was clean, cozy, and offered a stunning city view.

The hotel room is spacious and has complete amenities. The hotel is located in a residential area with many trees and a pleasant morning jog outside with fresh air.

The hotel is well-established, with a solid structure and managed professionally.

We have returned to this hotel many times, especially during the year-end holidays, and it never disappoints. The service is always excellent, responsive and attentive whenever we need something.

Located in Kota Lama Surabaya. The night life is very lively there. It's an old building. The facility is also old but functioning well. AC is not cool enough, cable TV is enough.

Strategically located in the old town of Surabaya. It’s the colonial building that was built in the early twentieth century by the contractor named Hollanndsche Beton Maatschaij.
