Hotel Santika Banyuwangi

I've stayed at Santika Banyuwangi many times, but this is the first time I share my experience. My son just finished his study at elementary school and he asked to staycation. I decided to stay here since it's always perfect. We got special amenities in the room for my son's graduation, a little thing but very touching. The best moment was when I enjoyed the breakfast, I came in at the last minute before breakfast closed. I was assisted by Selly or Sherly, I forget the name. She was very kind and genuine. She offered many options and suggested the special menu of the day. She ensured I had my breakfast well, she knew that I was in a bad mood after preparing my son's event. We talked a little bit and it made my mood better again. For sure, I will stay here again and again. Well done, Santika Banyuwangi. "

Very beautiful hotel. The room and bathroom are large, clean and cosy.
I had my dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the service, suggestions and attitude of your employe Briant were excellent. I will travel further with good memories of the hotel and especially of Briant.

Our stay a few days ago was quite good. The facilities, rooms, and staff service were all satisfactory.
If there were one or two things that could be used as constructive feedback, perhaps the lift needs maintenance. We experienced an error when pressing the button: the button would light up for a moment and then go off again. We tried several times until the lift finally responded. Secondly, for the breakfast menu, we found that the staff was not very proactive in refilling empty dishes.
Other than that, we have no complaints about our stay. We hope this feedback can be useful for the hotel's management.

I had such a great time staying at Hotel Santika Banyuwangi. The room was comfy, the vibe was relaxing, and everything was clean and well taken care of.
What really made the stay special was the team. Mas Andriansyah and Nurul were super friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. And the food So good! Huge thanks to the chef for the delicious meals.
Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Banyuwangi!

Like a better upgrade of Amaris Hotel, Santika offers ways better in amenities except the soap and shampoo which could use a better brand. Food for suhoor is decent, room is clean but somehow my room needed a long time to cold enough. Bathroom has no issue. Overall the hotel is good and comfortable to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Banyuwangi for 4 days. The service provided was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and their hospitality truly stood out throughout my stay. I felt like I was treated with great care, and this level of customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.

Amazing beyond words. The best breakfast and service of my life. The staff is so friendly, we miss them already. The chef is amazing and accommodated our unique diets. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Best hotel in banyuwangi!

First impression the lobby is spacious and fancy. Location is good in the middle of the city, and not too far from surroundings and tourist areas. The room is decent, however is a little small for the superior. So I upgraded to the deluxe, and it has quite a nice space with small balcony.
The highlight is the breakfast selections quite varies, and the staff is super attentive and remembered our names. The exceptional service goes to Nurul. She's the person that always be very attentive and even remembered our breakfast habit and preference. She always greeted us, offered us with the menu that is not in the buffet selections. And offered us to get our usual.
Overall is a nice stay. The only downside is the AC in the restaurant is warm and the TV in the room is small.

The rooms are splendid, cleaned meticulously and fragrant. But I have no view from my room despite i'm ordering a city view room from the apps. But its ok.
The food is good, and the staff is soo friendly. Happy to stay here.

Stay here for one night during our road trip to Bali and make the pitstop there for visiting the Kawah Ijen. The hotel located about 30 minutes from the Ketapang port and less than 15 minutes from the Banyuwangi station. Fast check in/out process, nice staff, comfy bedrooms, clean bathroom and they provide free Wi-Fi. Breakfast mostly is the Indonesian food. The best part when we stayed there is they grant my late check out request, since we need take a rest after back from Kawah Ijen and before we continue our journey to Bali. Thank you.

When it comes to hospitality, Hotel Santika would be among the top ranks. The staffs and security are really friendly and provide excellent service.
Regarding the rooms, it’s great and cozy.
The swimming pool and gym area are not bad too. But in terms of the food, I feel like it lacks a little bit compared to other hotels.

Such a great place! everything was great, the atmosphere, rooms, foods, services! this is 2nd times we’ve been here and as we expected nothing disappoint us at all, will definitely come back in the future, cant wait for the next great experience on our next visit!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was a nice experience! It is worth going for the people who want to explore the city. From Reception to Housekeeping, they were very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. I have allergic for seafood and a gentleman there (a chef I presume) offer me a veggie nasi goreng and it tasted soo goood! (Perhaps, a wording/allergen notice to be labelled separately to every food 🤭🙏) Also a special mention to the lady in red in the dinning area, she came to our table asking politely if there anything they can offer, such a simple thing but really matter to the guess. I have to mention this is not a newly built or renovated hotel, but they maintain the hotel very well. Just a little input to strickly prohibited anyone without proper swimsuit to enter the pool, especially to those who like to wear clothes from sleeping, looks dirty. We didn't use the swimming pool because of this.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The place is strategic since it is in the city center. They also cleaned the room daily and provided new waterbottle, towel. When I requested for hairdryer, extra hanger they gave it immediately to the room. We requested for vegetarian food and they provided many vegetarian options for breakfast during my stay. The menu also changes everyday (except for cereal, and bread area).

Decent for price & location. Pool and small play area is right next to restaurant to good to let parents eat and enjoy while the kids play. Food is ok but not great. Limited western choice for breakfast. Rooms good sized, clean and newly decorated. Half of the hotel views limited by a warehouse built next door so ask for pool view if available. Service good & staff helpful. Would stay here again ☺️

What an incredible hotel! We loved every minute of our stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and so helpful! We felt so supported and cared for. They were smiley, attentive, and welcoming to the hotel. Top quality service from all of the staff! The attention to detail was incredible. Lovely menu with a mix of Indonesian and western food, an INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet with so much choice! The room was clean and felt fresh, the pool area was amazing (we used the pool a lot! ) and the bed was so so incredibly comfy. The hotel staff even arranged a breakfast box for us when we left to get an overnight train — a really appreciated gesture. Would 100% stay here again, it felt 5 stars!
