Premier Place Surabaya Airport

A convenient located hotel that is not far from the airport. Good place to relax if you want to avoid the city hustle. What impressed me most are the staff are very friendly and proactively approached guests to assist. Room is clean and you will get either the sunset or sunrise view from your window. However do note that the location is not near any attractions or shopping mall. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with many varieties, including local herbal drinks. And also the colourful local pastries too.

Nice room, clean, cozy. All amenities were provided. I also got the chance to dry my hair with hair dryer. For the breakfast there were so many options. Indonesian, western. Lovely.

The hotels near airport and they provide airport pickup asper requested prior a day before take off and they open free shuttle to the airport every hours. Clean room, many variety bfast option and their pool is very crystal clear water. Staffs are very helpfull and friendly, 24 hours room service. Good place to stay.

Close to the airport. Good place to visit Bromo. Staff is very friendly with lot of helpful advices. Place is nice and calm with a cute little swimming pool. Definitely recommend this place for your mount bromo visit.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, perfect for both work and relaxation. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting on a business trip—convenient, professional, and enjoyable.

Good Location, Good Quality of cleanliness, Great Meals and exceptional from Mrs. Nabila who handled our needs during our stay. Breeze check in, good temperature, cleanliness of the pool, even rapid process during check out. Five Stars and Four thumbs up!

Of course the service is top notch! Some of the front officers are even tri-lingual because they accomodate RRC's tourists. They also warned us that the photo on the Txxxka App is different than the actual size of the room. The food selections were good. The hotel is located near the airport so it was a good choice. The nearest mall is Unimas Surabaya.
The only flaw was I booked a massage service in another room but there was not a reminder or any call until I had to ask the massage service whether it's still available or not. Was waiting for another 30 minutes so I cancelled it.

Very convenient right next to the airport with a shuttle that can take you and pick you up.
The breakfast has a good amount of variety.
The rooms are spacious and the shower is good.
However they do not have anywhere to refill water bottles I think this is a pretty basic amenity to have.

Oh so intresting about this hotel, I found Relax please and support great menu for breakfirst. Much guest from another country stay several days abg next visit to Bromo Mountain and Wijen mountain. Thanks for all service and I enjoy it thank.

We only stayed for one night, but the complementary shuttle was extremely useful to get to the airport for our flight the next day. Staff very friendly and hospitable. We were given an upgrade to a more comfortable room which was appreciated. Would happily stay again if we're in a similar situation.

Need a transit for a while and we got this hotel just around 15mins to airport and I can say this Hotels verry excellent even for a transit, this is more than our expectation. We had a free shuttle bus to the airport but need to book it first. When we had a buffet dinner we verry enjoyed the Live Music and all the staff verry friendly and one staff Fanya give us some voucher (a good deals). Verry reccomended.

Good hotel. Good shuttle near to the Airport cause I have a morning flight so I can wakeup a bit late. Breakfast good staff really have an nice smile and the one Gro give me and my wife some voucher so if I have a chance to back stay here we can use it.

Had a good stay at Premier Place Hotels. Stay 2 nights for business and all of the service was good incluiding the GRO. Overall room 116 was good and the breakfast was good tho. Verry reccomended for stay. Will comeback if I have a chance thanks premier.

Had a good stay in this hotel (i got a nice view from the room). Every staff was very friendly and seems really loves them job. The breakfast verry delicious. The one staff Vanya give me a voucher and I used one for a massage. Very reccomended.

Free shutlle bus to the Airport which very good👍 the Breakfast menu is good enough my favorite is "Nasi Goreng" I kinda forgot the actual name but the taste was good I love it! All staff always smiling & one staff Vanya give me and my friend some voucher! This 3 star Hotel really good for transit or staycation.

Limited parking space, many guest parked outside.
Room is okey and clean.
Breakfast is unpleasant, to many traditional food.
The egg corner cook still confused on how to make scrambled egg, cant tell the difference between sunny side up and "ceplok"

Everything was good. I’m coming with my partner & we really enjoy the trip while by staying here. Thanks to the GRO giving us massage voucher when we check in. I will comeback if coming to Surabaya again.
