I came to the worst place I had ever lived in Indonesia. I booked it because it was close to the airport. Because the rating was okay, I believed here. When I came, I found that the room was very dilapidated. The bed was extremely small. The spring bed hurt my back when I slept. The window was fake. There was no water in the room, and the front desk did not provide it. The light was dim, but it was dazzling when I lay on the bed. There were cockroaches in the room. The doorman often chired and woke me up in the morning. At 12 o'clock, he began to urge me to leave.

Fear for your life! The most horrific incident happened to us in this hotel, we were sleeping and at 2am someone was knocking at our door like crazy! I got up and was asking who is it, no answer, I move the curtain to see and there's a man in rugged clothes trying to open the door and come in, I quickly woke my husband up, and as soon as the man saw my husband he ran away. Next morning we go to ask the front office to check cameras and see what was happening but they refused, which only raise the question of, are they in on it? Because how could they not control who goes in the building, knocking on doors and trying to break in? And why wouldn't they help check who was it. I believe they are complicit in this and if I had any time on my hands, I would have called the cops to look into this, because this puts lives at risk, I was there with my family of 4 kids, this is not something to take lightly, please fear for your safety and don't book here. Plus the hotel is super dirty and unfit for staying in.
