“This is a great hotel for soul traveler and for families”
They don’t call the grand Palace for nothing! This is a beautiful place… Original flooring, columns, molding… The staff is customer attentive, very clean facilities. The rooms are very comfortable when you come out your room you have the view of the inner courtyard with four trees evenly spaced from each each other, forming a rectangle that is aesthetically very pleasing… The trees are covered in beautiful green vine… The surface is a beautiful well maintain garden and fish pool. The only pet peeve I have is that people smoke on the Portugal that surrounds the courtyard on all three floors… The person next-door to me consistently smoked outside his door and it was annoying at times. Smoking in the rooms are prohibited and if so, they will charge you an additional 500, 000 IDR. Overall, I really appreciate the staff. I like the location …. Important places to visit or within walking distance. Tour groups will pick you up at this hotel. It’s well known and respected by the tourist community… Front desk service is superb…

Incredible stay! Very quiet, clean room, great shower with hot water, comfy beds!
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and understanding. I accidentally left my sneakers at the hotel, and they kindly took the time to help me, arrange the shipment, and send them back to me. I truly appreciate their effort and care — it means a lot. Thank you once again for going the extra mile! 🥰😍

It's such a wonderful moment here with their service. Gratefully, they're also have a promo for lunch, and it's really really delicious with the affordable prices. Very very recommended place to go when you visit Malang. 😆👍🏻

Very loud machine noise non stop (See video)
-very aggressive reception, 3 months I am traveling throught asia and this is rare.
-confiscate your passport the duration of your stay.
Price is 200, 000idr /250, 000idr MAX! Don't be scammed like me!
-Very noisy groups of workers sleeping there.
Scam on the price just be very careful. The normal price is 250, 000idr MAX. I paid 400, 000idr and was scammed by travel agent.

Other little problems but not reals (small towel, water hot not hot hot not hot. )
The main problem is the huge machinery noise.

Favorite place to stay when in Malang. The rates are also affordable. Consists of 3 floors and there is a lift if you're feeling lazy to take the stairs. The check-in process is quick but there is a Rp 100, 000 deposit. The parking lot is quite spacious but if it's crowded, the security will offer valet parking.
My favorite is the executive room with a balcony. Complete toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, cold AC, coffee tea sugar available, there is also a safe and a mini fridge. The room design is like an unfinished studio style but very clean and tidy. The TV is not very clear and I didn't use it much. The bed is very comfortable, I slept soundly. They also offer laundry and breakfast services but I never tried them.

Stayed here with many of my friends for 3 months during my Training (Diklat) in one of State-owned Company in Indonesia.
The food selection was just okay. But it taste delicious. The hotel staff were all also kind to us. Even we’ve befriends with them since they already help us a lot while staying there for 3 months.
The hotel is like a U-shaped with beautiful garden in the middle, so book a room near the garden, open spaces to see the sky, and listen to the water fountain will be like a simple retreat.
