The staff were so friendly, helpful, and proactive that I felt like I was part of the family. The room was absolutely exquisite and spotless. The food was amazing.

Room is nice, quite new hotel.
The pool is great, quite large and the gym is right next to it. Food is good, breakfast menu has lots of choices.

Stay here for 3 nights, it was good experience. The bedroom are clean and comfort staffs are helpful and friendly, abd the restaurant have various menu for breakfast, overall it's recommended.

Was here for the fourth time and the hotel has been really improved since my last stay. Room was very nice and service was fine. The bar had good coffee and a nice dinner was also possible.

Considering the price, the value is indeed quite good. However, the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the bathroom, could benefit from some improvement.

Hotel is close to the beautiful downtown. 10 min walk from train station. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff are very polite abs helpful. Very good food served at Chinese restaurant next door.

I had an amazing stay here. The art-deco design is beautiful, modern, and very Instagrammable. The rooms are clean, compact but well-designed, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable.

Nice stay for 3 days 2 nights. We got compliment cake for my daughter bday & my bro graduation, thankyou mba Wulan. Bfast was ok. Nice room with classic furniture, not too crowded.

Felt welcome as soon as we entered the car park. Reception staff provided a refreshing drink and we were quickly checked in and off to room.

The location is very strategic. It's located in simpang lima area, connected to the ciputra mall. Too bad, the parking space is not adequate.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is strategic, making it easy to reach various places, yet it is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.

Overall the service is great.
However, the room is not soundproof at all. We could hear a child running around in the room above ours. Doors slammed.

I have been a loyal customer for at least 3 years with this hotel.

1st tried buat very valuable hotel I ever had, even almost 10 years operating, the room was very clean, air conditioning and water well functioning.

Overall was good stay, the only thing was the room was in the smaller side. The breakfast was good & featured Semarang & local dishes like nasi ayam, nasi pindang, nasi pecel, soto etc.

First impressed when entering Lobby is clean and qood smell from air freshness. And all staff so kind and helpful, also they provide rooms as our request.

I love this hote! Everything is great! The room were spacious, they have an Android tv, AC is cool and nice. Breakfast is superb! My only problem is they only have twin bed in their standard room.

The room is spacious, the breakfast have many variations, the staffs are nice and helpful. It connects with Pollux Mall too. And located in the heart area of Semarang. Nice place!

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel with son+daughter. It"s a homey hotel and family friendly, Just need improve on the towels which have a weird smell.

On Dec 2025 Patra hotel is in renovation period. No pools, no garden, no cozy lobby.
Room are elegant, clean, and spacious.

Its a pleasure staying at Patra Semarang. We book villa with 2 bedroom type. Got private pool and very nice ambients. Very comfortable room and clean too.

Old 5-star hotel. Can't really complain. Unfortunately during my stay, the electricity tripped a number of times.

The hotel is good, meeting 4-star standards. Its location within a luxurious residential complex has its pros and cons. The plus side is that it's quiet and far from the hustle and bustle.

The resort is located on the quieter side of semarang city.
It's a breath of fresh air compared to the other hotels around. Parking could be a bit of hassle and it requires long walks.
