Grandhika Hotel Semarang

A good place to stay since it is located close to Kota Lama Semarang and other things-to-do places in Semarang. Easy to access and the hotel provides shuttle car to the aiport or to the train stations. Smooth check-in and check-out process and the staffs are polite and helpful. Room is OK, all features are working well but the towels are worn out and no small hand towels available. Food is below my expectations and needs to be improved immediately.

Great spacious family room of 2 double beds. Furniture needs some upgrades; but kids love their pool & hubby loves the gym. Great breakfast with local and international selection.

This place is really nice! It has a very cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment. The food is delicious, with a variety of choices that cater to different tastes, and the service is absolutely top-notch.
Mas Flendy was especially helpful and friendly, adding a personal touch that made our visit even more enjoyable. The ambience here is just perfect – warm lighting, tasteful decor, and a relaxing vibe that makes you feel right at home.
The prices are reasonable and absolutely worth it for the quality and experience you get. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing food!

I stayed in this hotel at April 2026 for a short vacation with my friends. The hotel located at downtown Semarang so its easy to access and we can drive around Semarang easily. For the room, I think it would be better if the carpet gets changed to lighter colour or even better if its changed with ceramic tiles or parquet to make the room looks cleaner and fresh. The food was standard but the service was pretty good.

The friendliness of all the staff creates a pleasant atmosphere to stay here. Greeting loyal guests by their proper names shows a real care, and represents a good quality of service, for the room is very comfortable with proper air conditioning.
However, I have to say for the sake of goodness, the breakfast menu during my stay here never changed, sometimes it makes me bored who has been staying here for a long time. In total I stayed almost 1 month with a few weeks break, and the menu is still the same. 😅

Pleasant stay, good food, good ambience, the staff is very friendly and also helpful, the menu from breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, bakso is top tier and the lontong sayur is delicious, the bread selection is great dan staff mbak tania dan shinta melayani dengan sangat baik dan ramah.

This is the best 4 star hotel in semarang so far.

The location is really good and strategic in the heart of Semarang so it's close if you want to go anywhere, cullinary, etc.

Spent 4 nights here for bussiness. Quiet is this place good at. Good for night rest after long day hot in North Coast Java. The ambi3nce is just good.
A young lady is so warmth welcomed guess in breakfast room. At 5th floor, there are gym and pool for little excercise before got work again.
It is worth enough.

Stayed 1 night here. The family room is spacious and clean, provides for 4 persons (mineral water, towels, toothbrushes). Snack n the coffee drink inside the fridge are free. The breakfast is also varied, a lot of choices n quite yummy. The hotel is also close to Quern City n Paragon, u can only walk. Satisfied n recommended staying here.

A pleasant experience staying at Hotel Grandhika. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the cleanliness is good. And the price is very competitive. But unfortunately the parking area is narrow. If you bring an SUV, you have to be careful when parking at this hotel.

Grateful Ms. Fifit help me to find out my room earlier before 2 pm and I need to keep my luggage first in concierge. For sure I would come back here for next stay if I visit to Semarang. The hotel might look a little quiet at night, but the inside is very nice. Good service, comfortable room, friendly staff. The variation of food during breakfast is quite many.
Can be one if the options for next visit in this city.

A nice hotel in a good location… good breakfast too, I stayed there for business and I had plenty of meetings in the lounge and breakfast area, really convenient. The gym and swimming pool are very close together. The receptionist are friendly and deft especially Mrs. Fifit and Mr. Alan🥰

My stay at the Grandhika Hotel Semarang was truly exceptional from start to finish. The front desk greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled my check-in, making me feel instantly welcome. The purpose of attending my friend's wedding also giving me the reason for 2 days stays here.
The attentive concierge, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering local food recommendations (Toko Oen is tasty! ) and assisting with any requests I had during my stay (My wife need her dress to be ironed).
The valet service, Asa, was prompt and courteous, although the parking area is mostly full on Saturday night, he always having my car ready when needed.
Throughout my time at the hotel, I was consistently impressed by the staff's genuine care and attention to detail. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was one of relaxation and luxury.
As my stay came to an end, Tiara handled my check-out with the same efficiency and friendliness I had experienced upon arrival. Their sincere interest in my stay and warm farewell left a lasting impression.

I had a good and unforgettable experience here. I just made reservation whom handle by Mr. Joko, he give a best service, a clear explanation, and provide a little things that make a different like as offer promo through website hotel.
In hotel website offer promotion of room, discount f&b, also I could additional extra breakfast, and choose some menu of f&b there. Absolutely fantastic.
When I arrive at hotel Ms. Fifit welcoming me and helping me for checking in. I was surprise cause fast check-in, lobby hotel looks clean, room also clean and large, then I got welcoming small cake that's so sweet.
In the night I met with Mr. Raditya, he helping me to order a taxi and tell me some place which must visited during in Semarang. Very helpful.
