Hotel yang istimewa. Memiliki nuansa tradisional klasik modern. Tercium aroma khas jamu dan rempah-rempah sejak di area lift dan sepanjang lorong hotel. Namun demikian, kami tidak terganggu karena aroma tersebut tidak sampai masuk ke dalam kamar. Kebersihan terjaga dengan baik. Pelayanan ramah dan sopan. Menu sarapan sangat variatif: menu masakan tradisional dan modern. Ada yang unik: tersedia manisan mangga, salak, dan kedondong. Sangat berkesan karena baru pertama kali menemui manisan/asinan di menu breakfast.

Hotel Chanti is a cozy place to stay. Cleanliness is good. All staffs provide friendly fast service and perform good hospitality. Various food to enjoy and the room is comfortable to have a rest.
