I had an excellent stay at Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang. I originally booked a Deluxe Room and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Suite Room. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.
I would like to give special appreciation to Ms. Widya for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She was friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her warm service and helpful attitude truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience.
Thank you to Ms. Widya and the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Semarang.
I stayed at Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang this November and really enjoyed my time there. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s right in the middle of the city, with a convenience store and a mall just next door. Toko Oen and Loenpia Mbak Lien are literally right across the street, which made it easy to grab some local favorites.
The service was solid throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of.
The part I loved the most was the infinity pool on the rooftop. The view from up there is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back on my next trip to Semarang.

I used to book 4/5 stars, this doesn't feel like it, considering a lot of drama during my stay here. For a 2000k a night, ehmmm.
1. Check in exp isnt flawless, though I checked in at 3pm. OK.
2. Rooms : its bed aint soft at all, soap and shampoo arent refill yet, all 3 doors arent easy to close. OK.
3. They issued me 50k+ for parking ticket a night for a hotel customer. No officer to help on the first day, they have it in later day.
4. Resto : for such a 4 star hotel, taste, quality, variety, and Quantities (refill) erghhh.
5. Fitness : location (hidden), no view, no officer, no water station and towel.
6. Check out. This is the worst part. Accusing that theres a broken chair, while the time we left the room it was in perfect condition. Goshh really, u have to go that far?
7. Staffes: appreciate to security.
8. Kids playground in basement easy to access, and playful.
9. Located in central part of semarang easy to access, and easily commuted to many destination.
Hopes for an improvement here and there.
