## Hotel Review: A Convenient Stay with Great Amenities.

**Overall Experience**
My stay was very good overall. The hotel offers a solid experience, particularly for those looking for a mix of comfort and accessibility.
**Location**
The location is a major highlight. Being situated right next to **Queen City Mall** made my trip incredibly convenient, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a few steps away.
**Amenities & Facilities**
The amenities provided are impressive. Everything felt very complete, ensuring that all my needs were met during the stay without having to look elsewhere for additional services.
**Areas for Improvement**
While I enjoyed my visit, there are a few housekeeping details that need attention to maintain a high standard:
* **Dusting:** While the main areas were fine, visible spots like the **bed head** and the area **behind the bed head** were quite dusty. A deeper clean in these spots would go a long way.
* **Linens:** Although the bath towels were crisp and white, the **bath mats** are starting to show their age with visible black marks. These should likely be replaced or more thoroughly bleached.
**Conclusion**
I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and well-rounded amenities. With just a little more focus on detail-oriented cleaning, it would be perfect.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, including the bathroom (I booked 2 excecutive rooms both are in the same condition).
The service is good, especially the receptionist lady that served us during my check-in and check-out on 28th-29th March. She was very friendly and informative.
The location is very convenient near with Queen City Mall, only few steps away. Also near with Lunpia Mba Lin and Lunpia Semarang 24jam. If you need coffee, Toby's estate coffee shop is also very near with the Hotel lobby.
Overall, nice experience to stay here.

Somerset Queen City is a top-tier serviced residence integrated with a mall. The rooms are incredibly spacious, modern, and equipped with a full kitchen and laundry tools. Its prime location between Old Town and Simpang Lima makes exploring Semarang effortless. Pure comfort and luxury!

One of the most comfortable hotels I stayed at during my business trip to Semarang. The location is excellent—right in the city center and very close to a well-equipped mall, which made everything very convenient.
The service was good, and the lobby area for cars is quite spacious, making drop-off and pick-up easy. The check-in process was also smooth and quick.
What I liked the most was the room, which still felt quite new and comfortable. However, it might be good for the hotel to recheck the cleanliness of towels and some non-consumable items. When I first entered the room, one of the towels had what looked like a stain.
I also really liked Bodega All Day Dining. The restaurant has a very nice design, and the food was quite good. Although the restaurant is not very large, it still feels comfortable and relaxing to spend time there.
Aside from that small area for improvement, overall I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable here!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Semarang. The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Everything still looked brand new and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The design feels fresh and contemporary, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away.
One of the best parts is the direct access to the mall — super convenient for dining, shopping, or just hanging out without needing to go far.
Overall, it’s a perfect choice if you’re looking for a modern, clean, and strategic place to stay in Semarang. Highly recommended!

Strategic location (one of the prime I must say), close to railway station and connected to one of the nicest mall in town, also not far from the Semarang Old Town as one of Indonesia historical sites and well preserved.
Clean and nice room, always maintained and the staffs are helpful 24/7.
A bit minus is if you happen to bring your own car, the parking lot is somewhat limited and the smell of water waste is quite annoying near the basement entrance.

We did enjoy our one night stay, and can recommend that to all. All room amenities are eco-friendly and brand new (hair dryer etc). Hotel is located in same building as Queen City Mall, with multiple dining and shopping options. Just a few minutes walk from a Poncol train station, which is great.
The building is new, the room is superb, the toilet is clean and neat, the pool facility is nice with multiple sunbeds and towels available, but Im really disappointed with the restaurant breakfast menu. Selection was basic, not to say boring. Eggs served smelled vinegar, and jams were very basic. Restaurant vibe is great and menu simply does not fit to the general look!
