The hotel is very strategic, located just across from DP Mall. The staff and security are the friendliest I’ve ever met and were very helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety every day during my 4D3N stay. I stayed on the 8th floor with a great view city. The room is equipped with a smart TV, perfect for those who want to enjoy a staycation and watch Netflix, but don’t forget to use your own account! 🤪 A big thank you to Hotel Quest Prime Pemuda Semarang and all of its wonderful staff.

The hotel is located in the city centre area of Semarang.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Various amenities, like soap, toothbrush, tea, and electric kettle, are provided. There is also a water dispenser to refill water for free.
If you are driving, free valet service is provided.

Great Location with City Views but Accessibility Concerns.
Quest Prime Pemuda is ideally located in central Semarang, right across from a major mall and Lawang Sewu. The high-floor rooms offer beautiful city views, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.
However, parking is limited, and accessing the hotel involves stairs and a small entrance, which could be challenging for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage. We didn’t have much time to explore the facilities outside the room.
Overall, it's a great option for location and service, but accessibility could be improved.

The quality of service and hygiene, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were highlights of our visit. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed was just too hard to sleep well.

Even the hotel quiet small space but I satisfied with the staff services, spacious beautiful room (I choose bigger), & the most I like is. The location! only 5 minutes walk to visit Lawang Sewu. Good enough for budget travellers to stay in this hotel, worth paid.

Start with things I appreciate: the location is perfect (at the heart of the city), the Bellboy and staff are helpful (but can be better, prevent rather than fixing), and the shower has a sufficient stream of water.
Let's talk about what went wrong:
— Can't get an early check-in, even 30 minutes earlier (newly established hotel with same stars will try to fulfill, I could get 1 hour earlier check-in)
— Book a non-smoking room but I got a room that has a strong smoking odor. They said it is a non-smoking floor, but I don't care. All I know I got the opposite room type than what I ordered. They offer treatment but it's too late considering they can't fulfill early check-in and I'm in a rush to catch up on my meeting.
— Initially, we could not get 2nd card for the substituted room, but later they gave it (please be consistent or communicate better)
— Around 10 PM, we went back to the hotel after dinner, but we could not enter our room. It turned out the door lock ran out of battery (so unfortunate). The new room also has a slight smoke odor, but it is still tolerable (we don't have any energy to complain anymore)
— AC is not as cold as other hotels with the same stars.
— The bed was not as expected (single bed queen size), what we got seems like double beds merged together (you can feel the gap between beds). The pillow, bed cover, and towel color are not bright clean white.
— Breakfast, is not bad but has a limited variant.

Nice vacation to semarang with my family… Great hotel for our family when stay a couple of night in semarang, very recommended with great personality from their staff to help us when we arrived in hotel.
The room is very huge and clean.
One notice is maybe it needs to be considered if any request like blankets by customer.
Menu breakfast is good, not too much variant but the taste is delicious.

Worth the price! best services, spacious rooms with complete facilities, breakfast with a varied and complete menu, swimming pool and gym are available at 6 a. M — 7 p. M, this hotel also support the usage of plastic reduction by providing mineral water refill on the hallway.

Very worth the price, service is excellent, room is nice and cozy, location is strategic in the heart of Semarang city. It comes with a reasonable price too. Room is nice, tidy, have quite complete amenities (hair dryer, chiller, kettle, smart tv, dispenser refill). The view from rooftop is nice, beautiful Lawang Sewu view from 15th floor. Breakfast is variative and delicious. Parking lot available in basement, but it's in a good location so you'll have no trouble using online taxi. Overall, I had a very nice stay here. Worth the price. Thank you so much.

Was a delightful stay at Quest Prime Semarang, all staff welcomed me warmly and give they excellent service. Strategic location in the city center, the room and all facilities was beyond my expectation. Thanks for the hospitality! I'll be back.

Stayed one night at junior suite, 7th floor!
Wonderful experience! Great room! Like the design with all the windows.
Problem maybe the parking space. But the provided with free charge valet services.
Breakfast was superb. Neat and tasty!
Will stay here again in the future!

Best Place to stay in the heart of Semarang City, very near to go anywhere from the hotel, the staff very help full, Valet parking was good, food was good many variety for breakfast, and the frontliner help me to get better room. Thank you very much, definitely will stay there if am back to Semarang…

A pleasant stay experience. The room was very comfortable, the service was good, and the breakfast options were quite varied. The problem arose when trying to cross to DP Mall, it was quite difficult. Had to be assisted by security as there were no pedestrian lights to cross and it's a one-way street 😂. But it's okay.

Its has a nice location. Has a good views from sky lounge. I can see clearly tugu muda and lawang sewu. When I ate at lounge, I was surprised with the food and drinks, thats taste incredible. I got awesome experience at this hotel form services and facilities.

Excellent service, publix facility and rooms are tidy and clean… the best thing is all staff kind and helpful.
Hotels provide drinking water, no need to buy bottled water.
