I stayed at Rooms Inc Semarang for a leisure trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a stylish, modern design and everything was spotlessly clean. The ambiance was cozy and vibrant, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I honestly liked everything about this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Semarang. A great choice for both comfort and style!

The room I chose is a small one, but it's clean and tidy. The bed is comfort, AC is cool and TV is updated one.
The restaurant is good design and ambiance as well as the menus for dinner and breakfast.
The most important thing is very close to best shopping malls in Semarang.

It was a great experienced for staying here. I love their Lobby is IQOS Friendly and there is a free billiard & Hand Football. So many working desk in the lobby, its a good idea for provide this for the guest so we can working here.
Breakfast was good for 3 stars hotel, I love their Turkish Coffee.
Room are so clean & very neatly with a good smell.

Centrally located above a high end shopping mall. Very modern, clean and a big breakfast variety. Also very nice gym, pool table that I didn’t even get to try yet. The room was a bit smaller than I expected for a Queen Jr suite but the bed was comfortable and the shower was super clean and all basic things were more than in order so you get descent quality for your money.

Clean, affordable, breakfast is nice, nice friendly helpful staffs. I love the common room. Located right in the city part of DP Mall is huge point. Highly recommended for business, leisure or staycation. Been here several times and never fails me.

We stayed at Rooms Inc. Semarang for a short vacation in April 2025. The hotel is in a good location, inside a shopping mall complex and close to popular tourist spots like Lawang Sewu. Check-in was fast, and the view from the room was nice. The bed was comfy enough for a budget hotel, and the breakfast quality was good. We also liked the local food options and the fact that Indomie was served. The hotel provides daily cleaning service, which was appreciated. There is also a pool table near the lobby for guests to enjoy.
However, there are some downsides to consider. The parking area was hard to access, especially since it shares space with the mall. The reception was not informative during our check-in. The room was quite small, and the bed was too close to the wall and TV. We also noticed some stains on the ceiling. Ccleanliness in the bathroom could be better. The hotel uses an app-based key system, which was inconvenient. Amenities like drinking water were not readily available in-room, and we ended up buying bottled water ourselves, since we avoided using the provided water jug that was not clean enough. The hotel restaurant had very limited options for western food, and the mall restaurants were crowded with limited seating.
Overall, Rooms Inc. Semarang is a decent option for budget travelers who prioritize location and local food, but expect some compromises in room space, amenities, and cleanliness.

Nice atmosphere, access to the room is very secure and the room is clean.
Very good facility (free coffee & tea, valet service, and gym for 24/7)
Breakfast food is good also, quite enjoyed it.
And the location is just 👌 (very strategic, so many tourist destination that you can visit around the hotel).
Love that you can access the shopping mall with just a very short walk.
It's unfortunate that I don't have any photos of the room but I can guarantee it is a good hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is well designed. The room is nice, altough small but it doesn't really matter for me. The facility is very good, with some fun games in the lobby hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. You just go downstairs to get to the mall underneath. Free valet parking. So everything is good, so good that I came back the next 2 weeks after my first stay (which is very very rare thing to do for me)

It is a modern hotel with an industrial concept. It is also connected with the DP mall with the same concept of interior. The location is strategic close by the iconic heritage building "Lawang Sewu" and the city landmark "Simpang Lima". The room rate is reasonable, but the room is a bit too narrow for a double room. They do not give is key card yet we need to install an application to get the bluetooth key access. So fancy. The foods are good too.

The first time I stayed here, I had a bad experience. In the toilet, sorry, there are traces of defecation. I think this is very unfortunate. Because I'm a bit picky about cleanliness, especially bathrooms. Maybe this incident can be used as input to be more careful. Because for hotels the most important thing is cleanliness, right?

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right next to a mall. It also offers free valet parking. Please note that the twin rooms are on the small side, so if you are over 180 cm tall and stay with your friend on twin bed, I recommend booking a different room type. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are very comfy. For breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. There is something for everyone, from fresh fruits and good coffe. The hotel gym is one of the best. It is open 24 hours a day, and it has good equipment to workout in the morning. I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the gym is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. This hotel is in the shopping mall so it is easy to assess to go restaurants and other things. The room is clean but small. The manager thankfully gave us upgraded room but standard and studio is not big different. Just a bit bigger than standard. I recommend this hotel who want to stay short time to travel semarang and want to stay near mall.
