Aston Inn Pandanaran

I have been a loyal customer for at least 3 years with this hotel.
Most of my stay are enjoyable due to the clean room which is very important and good selection and breakfast quality everytime I had it.
Each bed has two pillows which regrettably did not come with bolsters but it is okay.
Also the service and problem troubleshooting are also quick when needed.
Please keep it up and make sure to maintain the facility up.

Experience was good, breakfast was complete. A good place to stay when you have business trip. Location is in the city. Close to every area. Easiest for your agenda.
Room was ok, but everything I can say all good. Will come back again for business trip.

I had a fantastic stay at Aston Pandanaran Semarang! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the attention to detail in the room, from the fast Wi-Fi to the well-stocked minibar, was impressive.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offered an amazing variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. From traditional Indonesian dishes like nasi goreng and soto to Western options like pancakes and pastries, everything was well-prepared. The drinks from the café and bar were also excellent, especially the fresh juices and cocktails by the pool.
The hotel's location in the heart of Semarang made it easy to explore the city. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Whether you’re in Semarang for business or leisure, Aston Pandanaran offers an unforgettable experience with great food, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

My stay at Aston Pandanaran was truly exceptional! The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay enjoyable. Located in the heart of Semarang which made travelling around easier.
I checked in after midnight, and greeted by the pleasant smell of the room freshener at the lobby. The staff were really polite and friendly. Parking was full so the staff offered us valet parking. The room was comfortable and clean.
The room I stayed in didn’t have the best view, which was other tall buildings and another building’s parking area. So the room might need another layer of curtain as there wasn’t really any privacy when you open the curtains.
The towels smelled damp like they weren’t dried properly, and the shower head wasn’t detachable nor adjustable so it was a bit hard to keep the bathroom dry.

Very decent hotel. Clean, fresh, everything is new. Nice pool on the roof 👌. Spa and fitness! The food is DELICIOUS! 👍👍👍. Bathrooms have all necessary for a person on a trip. Laundry is good. The personnel is very polite and professional.

It’s a nice place with good location and quiet area.
There’s welcome drink at lobby area.
Spacious space to wait during check in.
Unfortunately, It took more than 1 hour to check in for 2 rooms nearby. It’s unfortunate since we just had a long trip by car. There wasn’t any free mineral bottle inside the room but there is a jug to refill water from nearby water station.

Aircon needs to be overhauled.
Bathroom door handle is broken.
Street light comes through at night because headboard prevents curtain to be drawn fully. As such, sun comes into the room way too early!
Bathroom floor is way too slippery to be safe.
Staff's great.
Breakfast spread is great.
Location is great.

The service was excellent, check-in check-out process wasn’t take times, breakfast ok, room ok, recommended 👍

This hotel is a 3* hotel, only good for domestic tourist, I won’t recommend it for foreigners.
The rooms are noisy, you can hear people talking in the other rooms and in the hallway. Sheets and towels are old and stained, even the bath mats are tatty which is not acceptable. Pillows are old and stained so bought my own pillows as theirs are disgusting!
Will not stay here again!

This is my first visit at Aston Inn Pandanaran, Semarang. But my first impression is good, nice & friendly atmosphere, clean bathroom completed with nice toiletries product, clean, neat & spacious bedroom with an artistic hanging lamp. In general, very much recommended hotel to stay.

Very nice hotel and easy to go everywhere.
