Awann Sewu Boutique Hotel and Suite Semarang

Stayed here twice.
Room.
The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also clean and smelled nice.
Breakfast.
The breakfast had limited choices for a 4-star hotel, and the taste was quite standard—some dishes were good, others just okay.
Service.
The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and they were very helpful.
Location.
The hotel’s location is great—just a short 2–3 minute walk to DP Mall, which is a big shopping mall.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast menu.

Awann Sewu Hotel is Awesome! During stay in here is so comfortable. Unique Lobby, and completed facilities. A truly wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, and very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to the all the major attractions. Extraordinary service! I forgot my phones in the room. Found out when already arrived to the airport. Contacted the hotel, and in less than 30 min, I have 2 of my phones back to my hands.

A really great hotel for family vacation. The location is strategic near to malls, culinary spot, and other tourist attraction such as historical building etc. Overall the room interior is classy and minimalist, and the service was awsome. Breakfast is good too, everything is good. Five star for this hotel.

The booking process was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent service from Mr. Anjar. He was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to offer us the best price possible. The hotel itself is fantastic; room were comfortable, the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Being so close to a mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment, all just a short walk away.

Pleasant experience stay when I visit to Semarang. I came here for business. Very appreciate with all the staff at Awann Sewu, friendly, polite, give a very excellent service. The rooms so spacious and clean. There is a self check in machine make a new experience for check in process.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where I had stay. For breakfast Food was good. Completed Facilities : Gym, Spa, Swimming pool and rooftop it was beautiful. And Kids Play ground with PS5 inside, Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Stayed 1 night in a Superior room on 8th floor overlooking to the city. Well located in the city center about 20 minutes from the airport. Next to DP Mall & 3 minutes walking to Lawang Sewu. Breakfast at WaGa restaurant has good selections of both Indonesian & Western styles. The room is fairly large & clean. Nice swimming pool & Angkasa Cafe on the 10th floor. The hotel staffs were attentive, courteous & friendly.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool, gym, spa, bar and rooftop, and kidsplayground was good. Nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some unique and aestetic decor. Staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Semarang.

Was here for a business trip, really live the bedroom, spacious with separate toilet and shower, and the amenities complete, the location was perfect, in 300m we can go to DP Mall, a niche mall in Semarang, and near this hotel, we can see the famous Lawang sewu, perfect place to stay and a lot of activities near the hotels.
The swimming pool located on the rooftop with a cafe beside the pool. On the lobby they have a souvenirs shop with a lot of fancy things. They have a hotel reception book from the past, in 1900an, such a good things to read the history.
This hotel has a gym and spa too. The food was amazing too.

I got the best experience here as a wedding gift from my loveliest Tante. I have to incline that spending my 2 nights here was beyond awesome. The service, the room, and even the food were all excellent. And the romantic dinner was beyond awesome. It's perfect to stay with your loved ones, especially on your special day. Thank you, Awann Sewu, for making my 2 first nights as a married couple unforgettable.

Clean rooms absolutely good for holiday and bisnis trip. Very friendly staff, I especially appreciated Mr Roy, who was excellent and friendly at the front desk. So complete facilities and good condition. Hotel aslo in good location near mall and culinary, will be suggest Awann Sewu Hotel for comfort stay.

The beds are the most worth it in town I think. Location is also superb, accross from DP mal. The staff also very nice and helpful. Would def stay in this hotel again when in Semarang.

Nice room, with compact & modern design, suitable for couples. Good breakfast menu. Small & crowded entry road to Hotel, sometimes traffic jam on main road.

The room was so spacious, clean and beautiful designed with modern decor. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches.

All staff are super nice & helpful. Especially Mas Anjar & Mas Wahyu.
Feels very thoughtful on so many details in the hotel. Friday night music at rooftop bar was also fantastic.
Hoping for more branch, both the hotels & restaurant in other nice locations.
