Old hotel with old facilities. Breakfast was fair but less variety. No coffee machine when breakfast. The coffee was low quality.
Egg station just ti slow to serve. It took 10 minutes to make omelet and only 1 cooker provides. So during 07.00 to 09.00 o'clock of breakfast time only 12 guests to be served (compared to hundred guest to breakfast).
Toilet's closet in room 5th floor was not properly working. I could not thouroughly flushed the poop.
The RFID key was also stucked not working. It took approximately 15 minutes to call technician to open.
Considering the price, the value is indeed quite good. However, the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the bathroom, could benefit from some improvement. The room's generous size is a definite highlight, and the location is also quite convenient.

Hotel located est. 10 minutes away from Tawang train station. Room was clean upon checking in despite last minute booking and receptionist was helpful as well. Thank you for your help with my laundry as I sent it in for a wash late in the afternoon and needed to collect it early in the morning the next day. The laundry is ironed and cleaned well, it smells good. Terima kasih 🙏🏻
