I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay, as this hotel does not reflect four-star standards in Booking. Com and would be more suitable as a two-star property. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated and did not feel clean or well maintained.
The bed sheets were stained when I arrived, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I had to ask the staff to replace them. This really affected my first impression and overall comfort during the stay.
That said, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts to assist whenever I raised a concern.
Unfortunately, good service alone could not make up for the poor condition of the facilities. The hotel’s central location is convenient, especially if you want to explore local food spots like Soto Bokoran or visit traditional markets such as Pasar Gang Baru, which is a plus.
Overall, while the location and staff are positive aspects, the hotel urgently needs renovation and better cleanliness standards. I expected much more from a four-star hotel, and the experience did not match the price or rating.

The food didnt taste rlly good but it was adequate. The water was lukewarm and the rooms were so loud, I came to accompany my brother who had a basketball tournament so there were many other basketball players and they had to wake up early to practice so they were so loud and we could hear it. Floor 2 smelled like cigarettes.

Wonderful experience from checkin to check out! the FO staff were multiligual, patient. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurans, they handled everything professionally and made us feel like valued guest. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
