Very nice hotel at the centre of the city, with all amenities for a usual 4star hotel provide. One of the added advantage is the proximity of ciputra mall, as those staying can access mall directly from hotel, infact its designed like single building.
As it was my first visit to Semarang, I was confused where to book hotel, after seeing much reviews on Google n seeing the location, I decided to book this hotel, n it live upto the whole expectation.
Its a nice hotel with all facilities n the breakfast also have lots of options. Staffs are very gentle n hotel only 25 minutes away from airport, n traffic in semarang very minimal no block at all.
Rooms were cozy, with good view of city through the big glass windows. For a foreigner its really recommended bcoz of the connection with mall n various food n grocery options within meters away.

The location is very strategic. It's located in simpang lima area, connected to the ciputra mall. Too bad, the parking space is not adequate.
This hotel is old, but the bed is very comfortable. Hopefully they can renovate the bathroom. The shower area feels really old.
They have pool, and gym. They also have sauna inside the changing room.
The breakfast is good enough. They have rice with local cuisine, fried rice, crepes, salad, and even indomie instant noodles.
The staffs are kind and helpful. Everyone is so helpful. This could be one of the key points to their service.

Will certainly come back and recommend this hotel as an accomodation with excellent service. Their honest and dedicated staff were so humble and helpfull. We left our watch behind during check-out and reported it through a staff named Cinta. The excellent communication and coordination between the front office and housekeeping staff gave us peace of mind, and eventually, we heard from a staff named Eva that the watch had been found by the housekeeping team and would be sent to our address in Jakarta, free of charge. Such outstanding service. We have received the watch in good condition. Bravo, Hotel Ciputra Semarang!

Visited Hotel Ciputra Semarang for a meeting and ended up enjoying the live music in the lobby lounge. The band played fantastic tunes, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the drinks were great.

After a long while, we are back in Semarang again. A lot has changed since the last time we were there.
We stayed at the Hotel CIPUTRA Semarang, strategically located in the city center, Simpang Lima. The hotel is also directly linked to Mall CIPUTRA, which makes it easier to do some shopping and get some food, without the need to leave the hotel.
The room is not too spacious, but it is clean and has all the necessities, which makes it very convenient. The air conditioning is working fine, as is the Wi-Fi and the hot/cold shower. Room service and laundry service are also very good.
Breakfast at the Gallery Restaurant is quite nice, but mostly Indonesian dishes. The service there was excellent, especially Ms. INDAH, who was very polite, attentive, efficient, and helpful.
In conclusion, Hotel CIPUTRA Semarang is one of the best hotels in Semarang, and we will surely stay there again if we are in Semarang.

I always feel comfortable in Ciputra Hotel as most of the hotels are connected to malls. Room is spacious, breakfast spread is wide, and they maintain the standard of a proper hotel. Haven’t tried their swimming pool as most of the time I come alone, but it looks very nice.

I'm confused as to how this hotel could receive a rating of 4.8. The interior is very outdated, the service is terrible, and parking is extremely difficult. The room is in poor condition, and the toilet inside feels like a gas station restroom. Even worse, the shower and bathtub are in the same area. Can you imagine using the toilet and cleaning yourself over the bathtub, then having to soak in the same tub afterward? On top of that, the towels have all turned gray. This hot definitely does not deserve such a high rating.
The one and only the best from this hotel only THE LOCATION. Just it!

The hotel staff is friendly and can remember my name even though it's my second time there. They also remember my preferences, without me reminding them, based on my first trip to the hotel.
The highlight of this trip is the food. The food is delicious and delightful, I bring back some for my family and they loved it too.

I appreciated the team's warm welcome and genuine hospitality. I was impressed by the FO team's English fluency as well as their eagerness to serve.
Five stars were given to the Cesar Salad, which was extremely tasty and mouthwatering for me.

Going to Semarang for visited my grandma, it's nearby with Telogorejo Hospital. The hotel was old meanwhile very well maintain. The important things the staff very friendly and attentive. I really impress with their hospitality, all of the food variation was really good. I'll definitely come back to this hotel.
