A nice hotel, a bit old but the room is quite clean. Bathroom curtain should be renewed. The meeting rooms were next to the smoking area and reeked with lingering smoking scents. The smoking area's windows should have been opened wide.
Other than that, I had quite a relaxing stay there although my meeting schedules were really packed. I even had a chance to try the spa experience and Mbak Fara really paid attention to my tight and tired muscles. Really recommend her (although again, the spa linen also smelled of cigarette so you might want to use the hotel towel instead).
Overall, a comfortable hotel.

An old hotel with a super strategic location near Simpang Lima. The room is spacious with a bathtub. Furniture is a bit old, tear and wear. Breakfast is good, many choices. Near mall and many food are available, including street food. Near mini mart. Near tourist attractions. However, it could be a bit noisy if the big park near the hotel is having an event.

Well … The Receptionist is Horrible, never greet us since check in until check out. Not even when they see us going in or out from the hotel. Other staff is pleasant to deal with.
Breakfast is Very good with lots of variety especially if they have big group staying there, they will add more variety.
Location is the major wow factor for this hotel as it's right at Simpang lima, and across the road from ciputra mall Semarang, easy to find foods all around the hotel.
The whole floor we stay at level 10, look very outdated with old and ripped carpet on the hallway. The room they assigned us also not much different, look very old and outdated, the carpet is ripped at few location. Even one of the chair has damaged cushion (so you sit straight at the base of the chair).
The bathroom door is full with water stain, holes, damaged all over. The bathroom floor area is very slippery too.
Overall if the budget and location is your main concern, than can give this hotel a try, but if you want more pleasant stay, maybe look at other hotel nearby.

There is no telephone in our room on the 11 floor. The hotel is very old. Carpet, and also property. A lot of cockroaches @bathroom.

Not a good value for money.
Rooms need maintenance, bedsheets are worn out, telephones out of order and room service very bad.
Consolation is the location and food available at good price (if they deliver)

A really good hotel located in a very good location, at the heart of Semarang, Simpang Lima.
The room tha I stayed in was excellent and room service really takes care of it.
My room was breakfast included, and the selection of menu was really good, people would scoff that they serve instant noodles at one point but I like them so i'm not complaining, its quite bold, but they do have over 25 selections for breakfast.

Stayed here just to sleep overnight from Kudus to Jakarta. The hotel is old. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and old. The room is clean with comfy beds, but there are rust and dirts on the bathroom and bathtub. The amenities provided are okay and standard for 3 or 4 star hotels. Hairdryer, complimentary bottled water, tea etc are provided. The location is superb as it is walking distance to Simpang Lima where food is abundant at night. If a night stay you are looking for, and budget is a concern, then this is the place to stay. But parking is a challenge as there is not much parking space. If you bring a car, please make sure this hotel has enough parking space.

Hotel staff are generally quite friendly and very helpful. The condition of the rooms is clean, tidy and well-maintained even though some parts of the furniture are old. Hot water and bathtub and drainage in the bathroom works fine. Sanitary in the form of complete soap, shampoo, water, and others is available. The hotel's location, which is located in the city center and close to shopping centers and lots of culinary delights both in malls and roadside snacks, makes this hotel quite comfortable as a place to stay when visiting the city of Lumpia…

I was here for 4d3n and got the nice impression from this hotel. They have a pleasant services with free valet parking for hotel guest, delicious fnb, cozy room. Most recommended because the hotel location is very strategic (between two malls and near Simpang Lima just by walking)
