Hotel Aruss Semarang

We had such an amazing stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also provided a proper branded baby crib for our baby, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for as parents. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a family staycation. Everything was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to come back again in the future. They also have a complete facility, swimming poll, a compact kids room, sauna, gym and a mini jogging track. Very good, would come back if I have to go to semarang again! ❤️

We are medium group meeting at Mahakam rooftop venue. It was nice view & elegance room. It is a nice experience, with warm welcome from the staff. Room is clean and cozy. I was so glad that choose this place as our meeting venue. The person in charge Banquet marketing is Mr. Tatang he is so helpfull, responsif, and flexible with so many changes of our last minutes request. Food arrangement is good and it taste delicious. Capacity up to 100 pax is possible. Recomended for others function too as such wedding, gathering, birthday & etc.

The room is quite big and comfy, clean and neat as ussual standard hotel. Bathroom is spacious with hairdryer in. Food is delicious and variative for us to dine. The price we think is fair at the momment. The staff is warm and make a good service excellent. Overall hospitality OK, food OK, room OK, bathroom OK.
Looking forward to come again.

We stay one night here. In the morning we add 1 pax for breakfast. The food options is a lot, seriously.
You should go to their rooftop resto at night, you can see Semarang from up there.
If you go to Semaramg, you should stay here.

A rare find in Semarang. This hotel is a masterclass in tranquility—from the pristine rooms with their breathtaking city views to the incredible food selection. While the entire staff defines hospitality, Reva and Putri in the restaurant are, in my opinion, the absolute best in the building. Their warmth and genuine care turned a lovely holiday into an unforgettable memory; they deserve even more than a glowing review for the excellence they bring to the guest experience. I was also deeply impressed by Chef Soadibyo, who personally ensured every meal was to our liking. To the whole team: thank you, but to Reva and Putri: you are the reason I will never stay anywhere else in Semarang.

I had booked for my Wedding Day in Aruss Hotel. First of all, I had booked with Mr. Tatang as the marketing, very helpful and fast response. I requested that the rooms can be in same floors and he helps us to arrange that. I booked the suite room and it very pleasant to stay there. Worth to the value! The atmosphere also cozy and minimum of noise in between. Clean and also the location near my wedding reception place. And not to forget, their breakfast also has many options and very delicious. Thank you for the great experience.

Good new hotel, clean, helpfull and friendly staffs and good food especially western choices. One thing that I expect more is actually thr lobby which I think would be great to have more spaces and spots to relax and perhaps enjoying coffee downstairs. You should let the lobby floors open wide and looks big.

Arrus Hotel is a very nice and comfortable place to stay in Semarang. The location is strategic, close to the city center, with many good food options and cafes around the hotel, which makes it very convenient both for business and leisure trips. The management and staff are very helpful, friendly, and responsive, making the whole stay feel easy and pleasant from check-in to check-out.
The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with good amenities and excellent service. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant—it was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel has a semi-outdoor swimming pool, which looks great, although unfortunately I didn’t have time to enjoy it due to a full working agenda.
Overall, I had a very positive experience, and if I return to Semarang in the future, Arrus Hotel will definitely be my choice again.

What I like the most about this hotel is the ambience. The interior looks modern but still warm, not too flashy. Lobby and common areas feel comfortable to sit in, even just to scroll on your phone or wait for someone. Small detail but it matters.

This is my second time staying at Aruss and the quality is still consistent. Room condition, cleanliness, service all the same as my first visit. That’s something I really appreciate because not many hotels can keep their standards. Feels reliable, which is why I chose to come back.

Had a staycation here with my partner and the breakfast was better than we expected. Lots of options, from local food to the usual Western stuff. Coffee was actually good too, not the watery type. We ended up staying longer at the restaurant just to chill. Nice vibe, good hotel, good staff, good food, good morning. 🤍

The thing that really stood out during my stay was how consistently kind the lobby staff were. Every time I passed by, they greeted me warmly, helped with directions. When I needed anything, they handled it fast and calmly, which made everything feel effortless. Honestly, that little bit of hospitality at the lobby made the whole trip feel smoother and more welcoming.

The place already feels super comfy. Room’s clean, cool, and kinda gives that “I can finally relax” vibe after the whole trip. Tried walking around the hotel a bit and the staff were all super friendly, really helpful without being too much. It’s my first time staying here, but so far it’s been smooth and chill.

Aruss Hotel is an excellent place to stay while in a bussiness trip or just for staycation. It is located not in a downtown of Semarang but surrounded by many restaurants, shops, cafe, and other nice places.
The room was spacious, neat and clean, it has a refrigerator also. The bathroom was nice, and there is a hairdryer which is so helpful for girls.
The restaurant is a nice place too for chill out and dine in there. It serves various kind of food for breakfast, and all of them are delicious.
It has great pool, gym, and kids zone. The staffs are all friendly and helpful,. They serve us.
