Had a pleasant stay at Aruss Hotel Semarang. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The Front-Liner helped me during Check-In time and all keys are prepared just in time. Love the cleanliness and the ambience as well. As expected, rooms are very neat, comfy, and featured with smart TV which added more points of Entertainment aspect! I knew this hotel from my fellow, and immediately contact Ms. Trias (Sales) for Group Event. With such a lux, the price of stay is worth every penny. With the strategic location, it helps us to reached some of places on our lists.

I had a wonderful stay at Arus Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
I would particularly like to thank Pak Tatang, who went above and beyond to assist me during my photo session around the hotel area. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Exceptional service like this truly makes a difference. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

Its quite new so everything is very well maintained and super clean, which is a non negotiable for me when it comes to hotels. The facilities are great with cold plunge pool, infinity pool, sauna, gym, kids club. Breakfast was soo delicious and the place felt tastefully designed and classy. Loved loved everything about this hotel. Value for money too!
