Best Hotel in Semarang!
Had such a wonderful girls’ getaway at Padma Hotel! It’s hard to believe you’re still in the middle of the city because the hotel feels so peaceful, green, and relaxing.
We booked a Twin Room with direct pool access, and it exceeded our expectations.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety Indonesian food and everything we tried was delicious. We also joined the aerial yoga class, enjoyed the desserts in the lounge, and ended the day with dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The sunset view was stunning, and the steak was definitely one of the highlights.
What stood out the most:
• Peaceful resort atmosphere in the city.
• Beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms.
• Excellent breakfast.
• Fun activities like aerial yoga.
• Great food, especially the steak and desserts.
• Amazing sunset views.
• Warm and attentive service.
A perfect choice for a relaxing staycation, girls’ trip, or a weekend escape. Would definitely love to come back!

It was a wonderful experiences. In all aspect Hotel Padma Semarang worth for 5 out of 5. The room is clean and specious, high quality pillow & Linen. Variatif & delicious menu of breakfast including some traditional food such as "Nasi Goreng Babat", Soto, Pecel, etc. And also you must try their egg benedict … hmmm try it. Their service is outstanding, attentive, full of smile and helpfull.
Sure we will comeback to this hotel if we go to Semarang again.

The room was clean, the service was superb.
The breakfast was great as they are not only serve typical hotel breakfast but they also provides traditional and Indonesian food and snacks. If you happen to get Nasi Goreng Babat, I highly recommended to try some!
The hotel area is huge, very kids friendly as they have kids pool, playground, billiards and archery area.

Amazing stay with exceptional hospitality throughout. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the mini pantry, which was a great addition and made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Special thanks to Dolvi at breakfast for his outstanding service, Ijan for the fun and engaging Mixology and Latte Art classes, and Rama for his excellent guidance during the Aerial Yoga session. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to return!

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and proactive that I felt like I was part of the family. The room was absolutely exquisite and spotless. The food was amazing. We especially loved the pistachio macarons from Goolali. A big thank you to Yedida, the receptionist, and Boy, the Room Service attendant, who were so helpful to me. The Kids Foam Party was a blast, and my daughter had a wonderful time.

We had such an amazing family stay at Padma Hotel Semarang. The kids facility was fantastic with so many fun and creative activities for children, making our kids happy and entertained throughout the stay.
Special thanks to Dita and Yedida for being incredibly friendly, caring, and thoughtful. They gave our children cute activities like coloring sets for the room and prepared many sweet surprises that made our experience even more memorable.
The hospitality was truly outstanding, very family-friendly, and beyond our expectations. Our children loved every moment, and so did we. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families with kids! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best hotel. The bed is so big, the swimming pool is salty bcause they use salt and not chlorine. It is clean n comfy. The food is so good. All the sraff are so noce and friendly.
I used the PT, his name is Widy. He was so nice and friendly.
My kid was so happy in the kids club. The kakak was so nice and friendly to sure. They have a lot of activities.
Will come back again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very family-friendly, and the kids absolutely loved it, especially the pool and activities. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
During our stays at other five-star hotels, we had never experienced hospitality quite like what we felt at Padma Hotel. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully taken care of, which truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay feel extra special.

We stayed at Padma for 5 days, family with 2 small kids. We stayed at Premiere room with 2 double bed. Room was big, clean and quite. Staff was amazing, they went above and beyond our expectations. Food was delicious, breakfast was absolutely our favorite. They're restaurants foods totally worth to try. We spend our days mostly at the hotel. Pool was temperature controlled! Perfect for swimming. We love Padma, and will definitely be back again. Our second times in this hotel and definitely not the last. Will always be back here when we visit Semarang. One of the best hotel i've ever stayed. Best service and everything feels so smooth. All staffs are very helpful during my 3d2n stay. We decided to spent our day at the hotel because the hotel were too comfy and there's a lot of activities to do. Especially the waterpark and the playground, My son enjoy it soo much. Love the ambience and the cleanliness. Thank you so much Padma Hotel Semarang, and we can't wait to be back here for another stay.

My favorite hotel as they have long big pool with beautiful surroundings. Always make excuse to stay at Padma and this is my third stay. True 5 star service. Wide variety of breakfast. Food at semawis also super delicious particularly their Indonesian flare. Tried the beauty salon as well. Will be great to add spa as part of facilities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Padma Hotel Semarang, made even more special as we also held our engagement party there. From the very beginning, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect.
The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience stress-free and truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Raditio, Mr. Irjab and Mr. Roy for assisting us from the very first moment — their dedication, responsiveness, and support meant so much to us.
Our guests were impressed, we felt very well taken care of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return!

When I first went here, I had high expectations for Padma hotels since the reviews are mostly amazing. They definitely surpass my expectation.
First, check in was a breeze and the room was quite big (although there were no sofa since I took the Hollywood deluxe with XXL bed). Wi-Fi speed is adequate and doesn't gave me trouble connecting to my office VPN.
Next, they have 2 pools, 1 for kids with slide and 1 main pool which was massive in size. For my inexperienced eyes, I think the main pool is around 25-30M in length. What surprised me was they treated the pool with salt and its heated! Super cool.
Breakfast service was very2 good, one of the staff that I think I did not interacted with, knows what my table number is so thats a nice surprise. Also, they have a good selection of foods for breakfast and my fave was their Serabi, for a hotel its the best.
Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. Will definitely come back.

I haven’t stopped talking about this hotel, in particular their service. Their service is what I’d expect from a hotel like Aman / St Regis.
The staff doesn't just wait for you to ask; they anticipate your needs in a way that is rare to find:
— At 9:30 AM, noticing we hadn’t made it to breakfast yet (which ends at 10), they actually called our room to ask if they could pack some food for us. That is a level of care I’ve rarely seen elsewhere.
— While we were in the lobby, they proactively offered to take our luggage so we could explore the hotel unburdened.
— Every time we boarded a car, there were two staff members stationed at each side of the vehicle to ensure the doors were opened and closed for us.
— The servers removed their shoes before entering the room for in room dining!
— Every single day the moment we stepped out of our room we are greeted by big smiles and warm Selamat pagi.
— The buffet spread is insane! Largely Indonesian food which is a treat.
Beyond the service, they have a water park inside the hotel that is fun for both kids and adults, and the swimming pool is heated.
The bathtub is amazing with great water pressure so you don’t have to wait long for the tub to be filled up.
If you are looking for world-class service and a resort-style feel in the middle of Semarang, this is the place.

Padma Hotel is a great choice for meetings, as the facilities are well-prepared and the service is very satisfying. The staff are helpful and attentive, making the overall experience smooth and comfortable. The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities and daily activities, which makes it a perfect place for families as well. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel provides a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for two nights with my wife and toddler. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The kids’ playground is spacious and offers a wide range of activities to choose from. The room and amenities were excellent. The fitness centre is clean and well maintained, with new equipment available. Hotel is also serene with minimum noise and location is just a drive away from famous landmark.
Breakfast is a solid 10/10, offering a very diverse selection—from local cuisine (the nasi goreng babat is legendary) to continental options. Having breakfast with a toddler can be a nightmare, but the staff made everything much easier. In particular, Ms. Ega, Ms. Desy, and Mr. Dayyah were constantly offering help and checking on our comfort. They even offered to prepare a set meal to be taken upstairs when we were overwhelmed with our toddler.
In short staying at Padma Semarang is exceptional and highly recommended! 100% will be back.

The room was clean EXCEPT: we found a used eyelid on the bed and it was disgusting in a way (pic attached). Everything else is excellent, food, facilities, including free car charger for BEVs, and the services are top notch from when we arrived until we depart (please note it is excellent NOT only from when we checked in and out). We got a 1st floor room which is adjacent to the pools and playgrounds, so its very conveneient for families with kids. However, the location is a bit away from the downtown business district, well this could be good for staycations but not so good for others who wants to go downtown to grab some bites or exploring the city, so, I can only gave it 4 stars. Oh, we also tried the new terrace restaurant, sadly it is not kids friendly so we dont recommend bringing kids to the terrace.
