Hotel Tentrem Semarang

The first time I go to this hotel, it was 21st 2026. I honestly shocked seeing the quality of this hotel and the kind, but charming receptionist (Mrs. Dinda) For the check in process it was quick but simple, so the newcomers will not have any problem to adjust or raise a question in this hotel. Personally this hotel was beautiful and modern but with it's strong smell aura and powerful theme. It may will be my favourite hotel.

The breakfast was really good with many interesting options. There was a wide variety of cuisines and me and my family greatly enjoyed this. We also want to thank Mbak Elfy because she was very helpful and kind toward us and she also gave us great recommendations. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Tentrem Semarang, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, whose kindness and genuine hospitality made the experience so special. The people here are truly lovely—always attentive, gracious, and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It felt both professional and personal at the same time, which made a big difference.
One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful view—waking up to such a serene and scenic outlook added a sense of peace and relaxation to the whole experience.
Breakfast each morning was another standout. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality across the board. I’d especially like to mention Refa, one of the waitresses who served us during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and her warm service made our mornings even more enjoyable.
Overall, Hotel Tentrem Semarang offers not just a place to stay, but a truly memorable experience filled with comfort, care, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely love to return in the future.

Very satisfied with the service at this hotel. All the rooms are very fragrant and comfortable. The food is also delicious. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff at the executive lounge, Ms. Reta and Ms. Ardina. I will definitely stay here again.

For me, Tentrem Semarang is a hotel with very good room, ambience, excellent services, and amazing swimming pool. Hotel location is strategic, and bright; the design is sooo modern.
Last but not least… Swimming pool! 🥳🏊🏻‍♀️ I'm sooooo happy with this swimming pool, big (long and wide), their design is memorable 'MERMAID'! 😍 And so happy with their time management for swim — 6 am to 8 pm 👏🏻👏🏻🥳🥳 amazing! Love full! 😍😍 For me, swimming at evening in a very windy night, and cold season, was so challenging, and wonderful!

Had a very pleasant stay at Tentrem Semarang. Nice, clean, & spacious room. Delicious breakfast with lots of legendary Semarang Culinary. Not forget to mention the front desk (Mbak Tasya) is very helpful & friendly. Definetely will stay here again when I come back to Semarang :)

Massage and body scrub at gaharu is 10/10 and the service by desi was really good as well! A very kind and lovely person, she gladly fixed my pulled shoulder. The music and ambience was also very calming. I would come back here again every time I visit semarang.

Had a wonderful stay in Hotel Tentrem! Room was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds and high quality shower products. Breakfast at the buffet was very delicious, a great way to try many local Indonesian dishes that had authentic flavor. The service at the hotel was also amazing.

I recently stayed at Trentem Semarang @ rm 717 and overall had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue as the bed linen and duvet cover had some stains. However, I appreciated the prompt response from the housekeeping team — the staff immediately replaced them once I reported the matter. Their quick action reflected good service and professionalism.
The room itself was very nice, spacious, and had a lovely balcony, which added to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices with good quality food and generous portions.
While I hope the hotel can pay more attention to housekeeping details to avoid similar issues, I was satisfied with the way the situation was handled and with the overall hospitality during my stay.

One of the staf which name is "Anggi" in restaurant part as a waiter, she is very friendly, polite and handful. She deserves perfect rewards!

I recently tried the jamu here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The flavor was rich, natural, and perfectly balanced — you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. I felt more energized and refreshed afterward.
Special shout-out to Syafira, our server, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the different types of jamu and helped me choose the one that suited my needs best. Her warm attitude made the whole experience even better.
