The location is excellent as it is directly attached to a mall, and it is only a 20-minute drive from the airport.
The swimming pool and spa are particularly impressive.
The service at the Executive Lounge was also outstanding. The staff demonstrated a strong service mindset and were clearly dedicated to providing the best possible experience. Their sincere efforts to go above and beyond were clearly visible.
During my business trip, I received massages for three consecutive days after my meetings, which greatly helped in relieving fatigue.
I was highly satisfied with the attentive and heartfelt massages.
Among the masseurs, I highly recommend ETI.

The room is outstanding, spacious, clean, high quality interior, well lighted. Room service is fast and very attentive.
Breakfast and dinner is outstanding with many options from delicious authentic Semarang cuisine to Chinese and Western cuisines. The serving staff is very attentive. Thank you so much to Chef Sky Lee, Ms. Louisa and all the breakfast staffs.
The location of the hotel is very centralized, closed to Simpang Lima and many restaurants/cafes and Malls.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The biggest highlight was the outstanding service from all the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to Ari at the reception for the exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Semarang. Highly recommended!

This place was a spectacular place to stay for our trip! The rooms are impressive and clean, but the thing thay stood out the most was definitely the food! It all tasted so amazing, especially on Saturday nights when they have a sort of barbecue! It was heavenly with multiple things to eat like salads, pastas, burgers, pecking duck, and of course, a grill station!
Overall, this was a really awesome place! Would definitely recommend.

The room conditions are clean, comfortable, and support quality rest. All staff provide professional and responsive service. One of my favorite things about Hotel Tentrem Semarang is its signature lemongrass fragrance, which instantly brings a sense of calm and comfort.
The rooms are always clean, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable. The service is outstanding across the board, from the reception team and security staff to the restaurant service, especially Mr. Widi, who was attentive and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tentrem Semarang. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every area well-maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights was the food—especially the breakfast selection, which was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely love to stay here again.

We stayed in Hotel Tentrem for 4 nights May 2026. We had a lovely time and were very impressed with the service of the staff. The front office staff and concierge were warm and welcoming. The rooms very spacious and clean.
We enjoyed our breakfast in Kayumanis Coffee shop. On our first morning we were warmly welcome and served by Bapak Arif who was very helpful and attentive. The choice of food was excelent. The traditional food and herbal drinks were our favourites.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying at Tentrem again in our next Semarang visit.

BBQ dinner at Carnivore Hub on 23 May 2026, I really enjoyed the food and the ambience.
I loved the meat station and dessert station, it is very delicious and complete options.
Other than that, I was suprised about their services. All the waiter/waitress was very friendly, they always use their local word that make me feel so warm especially, Thanks for the service for Mr. Joko Andino.
Definitely will visit this hotel again.

This was my first time staying at Tentrem Semarang and it was overall a wonderful experience. Starting with the lobby that smells heavenly, we were then greeted with a jamu station as welcome drink. The check in process was seamless and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing to consider tho, the regular room (or rooms without balcony might be better if you’re sensitive to noises or have kids) cause I got the Premier room which has a balcony and at night we could hear noises from the street. We also got to try the spa and the kids playground and it was also great experiences. The kids playground is clean, spacious and has lots of stuff for children. If you get the spa, find Mba Novi and/or Mba Desi cause they gave really good massages. The breakfast was also exceptionally great. They have local semarang street food (that they actually got straight from the local restaurants) that allows us to have a taste of it without having to go through the hassle of getting it ourselves from the street. Mbak Alia at Kayu Manis Restaurant was notably very friendly and attentive to us. All the staff were helpful and very polite. Overall an unforgettable experience staying at Tentrem Semarang. I would definitely come back and stay here whenever I come to Semarang.

Hotel room was clean, facilities were good, there was a small mall right in front of the hotel. Breakfast variety is vast, lots of Indonesian food (local and others). Service was excellent (served by Alia, very pleasant kind, and helpful). Will be back for another vacation.

The first time I go to this hotel, it was 21st 2026. I honestly shocked seeing the quality of this hotel and the kind, but charming receptionist (Mrs. Dinda) For the check in process it was quick but simple, so the newcomers will not have any problem to adjust or raise a question in this hotel. Personally this hotel was beautiful and modern but with it's strong smell aura and powerful theme. It may will be my favourite hotel.

The breakfast was really good with many interesting options. There was a wide variety of cuisines and me and my family greatly enjoyed this. We also want to thank Mbak Elfy because she was very helpful and kind toward us and she also gave us great recommendations. Thank you!
