Kyoto Hotels near Old Rissei Elementary School

I loved Asakusa — quiet and well connected to other areas. The hotel is more like a residence — micro apartments with everything.

The room is just like in the picture. They allowed us to come in an hour earlier which was very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel.

Spacious room, clean, near to public transportation, near to mall, near to restaurant.
Stair too narrow. Have to be really careful climbing the stairs. Good luck to those carrying huge heavy luggage.

Helpful host. He gave us good info of where to explore. Great central location, a little difficult to find so make sure to get the details from the host first.

Hello kitty theme was a little disturbing but it was a really nice stay. Great rooms, and there was 24 buttons for the toilet! good location, really close to transport and main districts of Kyoto.

Good location, nice big apartment upstairs, close to train — 10min walk. Bus transfer from Kyoto station. Pillows a little flat, beds comfortable. Nice Japanese hello kitty theme.

One word amazing. If you want to get an authentic Kyoto feel with some nice modern touches then you couldn’t find a better place.

I had a last minute change in my schedule so I stayed here one night on a whim as a solo traveller just for a traditional Japanese room.
