Located in the heart of Rome, a few minutes walk from all the most famous attractions, very well organized and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Spent a couple of days there in July 2018 and was very impressed with everything. Friendly staff and very welcoming as was the owner, Mrs. De Petris, (not related). Warm atmosphere all around.

We had a great time in June when we visited.
One thing to note is that ownership of the hotel had changed from the time we booked and the time we arrived.

Amazing! The apartment is spacious and very well furnished, the location great — 5min to Colosseum by feet. We found it very tidy and clean. The host was very welcoming and always available.

Fantastic high quality apartment and a good price. Would stay again as it’s so close to the Colosseum and bus and train stops.

Amazing experience. I was reading some of previous feedbaks and I realized how people can be really disgusting. Don't trust those negative feedbacks some or them are evidently double.

We stayed two nights and found this bnb charming and lovely. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about! The room was comfy and the staff pleasant to us. The location is perfect.

Via Nicola Salvi is a quiet cobblestone street that descends gently toward one of the most iconic monuments of the ancient world: the Colosseum.

This place is realy amazing! The appartment is next to Colosseum, perfect for a group of friends (4 rooms, 4 bathrooms, a cinema room completly utilated) with a fantastic view!

Small boutique B&B in fabulous central location close to Spanish Steps and Centro Storico. Gastone was a Super Host. Very helpful.

Great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't be any more welcoming and friendly. Nice and clean pool. Lots of food around. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay in Rome. Room was absolutely perfect and clean. Every thing is there which you need in the room (fridge, electric kettle. Etc). Breakfast 🥞 was simple but very good.

Firstly the hosts were amazing! From the moment we got there to the moment we left. They helped us a lot and were so warm during our stay.
