Excellent location and very accommodating hosts. Our room was cozy and clean and we cannot say enough about the value.

We paid ~€250 for 3 nights in September between two people. I think for that amount it was a great value.
The checking-in experience was pretty straightforward.

The stay is close to the station Balduina and can be reached easily with the public transport. There are several supermarkets nearby. The stay is in an oldfashioned house with a manual elevator.

This is a great place. It contains 3 private spaces in one apartment. Each space has a full bath and kitchenette. About a mile from the Vatican. Plenty of restaurants. Close to public transit.

I had a great stay at this hotel with my partner. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a balcony overlooking the streets. My partner found the bed to be hard but I had no complaints.

Very nice location, close to the colloseum, Trevi, bus stops, metro, nice restaurants. Perfect for a stay where you only need to sleep. It was a little bit noisy and the shower cabin is very small.

I didn't expecting is a room from apartment.
But is very comfortable. Good that there is a lift. It'd great location!

I referred Johnny as an excellent hostess and he was a great help in recommending me to really good restaurants and shopping stores in the area also outside the area.

I would reccomend this place as the place is wonderfully clean and the place is in a brilliant location right in the center of all your favorite stores.

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was cute and clean and the owners were great! The location was also amazing, only a 7 minute walk to the Trevi fountain.

Really nice apartment to stay, right amongst everything, very clean and everything you will need.
