We stayed here for one night before heading home and it was a brilliant decision.

Fantastic hotel. Comfortable bed, warm room, and a nice hot shower. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and bars around.

Only giving this place 4 stars as I feel it isn't really marketed properly. Ill start with the good.

100% amazing! Location is utter perfection and the customer service couldn’t be better. Kim has looked after us so much and I’ve never felt more welcomed to a property in all my years travelling.

Stayed here initially in 2015 with my mum then returned in 2017 with my partner, was so good we went again in June this year (2022).

This was my second stay at Anice’s, and once again, they’ve exceeded my expectations.

The entire place was impeccably clean, cozy, and perfectly located — just steps away from public transport, lovely restaurants, a laundromat, and various shops.

Quite place, high level of host hospitality, Vatican City in walking distance, bus stop 50 m from house, good breakfast — trully recomended.

The rooms were very clean and exactly as described. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful with directions and local recommendations.

A lovely B&B in the Aurelio district, 15 minutes by bus from Piazza Venezia. The rooms are quite spacious, very clean and the breakfast is sufficient.

Excellent discovery, we stayed for 2 nights, owner very helpful, kind and attentive to every need, clean rooms and excellent cleaning service.

Comfortable and design apartments 2 steps from the colosseum.

The room was nice and the condition very up to date. The walking distance to a number of Rome's sites is convenient. The front door location was confusing upon first arrival.

It is a location close to historic sites (of which there is an overwhelming amount). The room we are in was recently updated.

Wow wow wow. Come for the excellent location stay for the heart crafted breakfast made by owner Rosario each morning. She makes every guest feel special.

Our first 2 nights in Italy were here. Perfect location to explore on foot away from the very crowded locations.

We were three adults, staying in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed that turned into a double bed. With the sofa bed made up, the room (and bathroom) were very small.

Very good place to stay in Rome although it is located on the fifth floor.

Again Diana is a brilliant host so kind and helpful rooms so clean perfect location five minutes from Coleseum great value for money.

My recent stay at Home Life Rome was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We had a Grand Suite with Jacuzzi, and it definitely was grand! The room went on and on, you could almost get lost inside it ;) Plenty of space and very clean.

This small, unpretentious, well situated (walking distance from Termini station) and stylish hotel has the kindest, caring, smiling staff imaginable.

This small yet intimate boutique hotel is beyond charming. Right from the time we booked our stay here the personal attention to detail has been outstanding.

Our stay at the First Roma Arte was one for the books. This was our anniversary trip and the hotel and its staff have exceeded all the expectation.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredible. The staff were amazing and welcoming. Anna did an amazing job of welcoming us and providing us with an amazing experience. Ronaldo is incredible.

Breakfast was good (starts from 7:15am so if you book the earliest slot for Colosseum or Vatican museum, you might need to skip).

One of the most exclusive hotels in the center of Rome. They only have about 7 or 8 rooms.
