Rome Hotels near Church of the Gesu

The hotel was very good and the location is excellent. The rooms are small, but they are super clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Excellent location and exceptionally helpful staff. The hotel was delightful, clean and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast, excellent choice and beautifully laid out each morning.

Before our trip I emailed an employee of the hotel asking for a quiet room. They were very helpful. I was booked into the quietest room ever. It was so peaceful. I loved everything about this hotel.

Excellent 3* hotel in the historical centre of Rome just behind the Pantheon & 20 metres from the piazza della Minerva (the one with the little elephant & obelisk — for the ignorants of Roman culture!

Clean, modern and classy at the same time! Did not expect much being in Rome but this hotel over seeded my expectations! Lovely foyer and staircase! Very central too! Next to the pantheon!

Amazing Roman chauffeur picked up from the airport and brought us to Rome for the first time and it could not have been any better!

We have returned to the Damaso several times over our years of visiting Rome. For us, the location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had on this trip and otherwise. The desk staff was always available to answer questions and help us get cabs, or give recommendations.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely return.
The property is charming, well maintained, and in an excellent location for exploring Rome.

Fantastic hotel, in the heart of Rome. Couldn’t recommend more. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. There’s an area where you can get snacks, coffee, water etc 24hrs.

Stayed 3 nights here! Highlights were the delicious breakfasts!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was super clean. It gives you a beautiful vibe. The decor was perfect. Breakfast was good — just wished they had the option of frying eggs.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am absolutely thrilled!

Just stayed at Hotel Diplomatic for six nights at the end of December with my family of four (incl. Two teenage boys). I recommend this hotel very highly.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. 5 mins walk Trevi Fountain, 10 mins Pantheon, 20 mins Colleseum and 45 minutes walk to Vatican.

Had a great experience, our flight was delayed by a day, they were more than accommodating, Federico from the front desk was very welcoming, room always clean, all staff in general was kind.

The service was excellent and the room was large and clean. The rooms was also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable as well. It was close the the city central with plenty of nearby restaurants.

I am late in writing this review but wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay with you. Giuliana in reception was so incredibly lovely, welcoming and friendly.

Location: The hotel is in a perfect location. 30 mins from airport. 20 min walk from all main attractions. Made everything so easy! Close by to Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain.

Only stayed for 2 nights. We were just passing through Rome. Had such a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very unique.

Our room was a suite with two floors — which I knew when I booked. All areas were clean and comfortable but small.

We love Hotel Santa Maria. This was my third stay with them and my husband’s second. I want to return to Rome just so I can stay there! We love the quiet courtyard filled with orange trees and birds.

Friendly helpful staff (especially Paolo! ). Very comfortable room with all amenities and private balcony. Wonderful shower with massive bath and great water pressure.

We loved this hotel …. It was well priced and an incredible location steps away from the Trevi Fountain. The bed was comfortable and the room had a couch which was nice….

Family run hotel not far from Barberini. Had room 502 which had a balcony we used daily. Room quite small but immaculate, as was the bathroom. Nice to have a fridge and aircon!

A very easy stay at this brilliantly located hotel. We were in room 302 with a small balcony that even in December had some lovely afternoon sun, down below was the terrace.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome.

Cannot rate this place enough. Rooms are spotless, bed comfy, area quiet. We came here as a last minute detour after the Airbnb we’d booked was located over a nightclub (so were exhausted).

Great hotel for the money. Rooms are nice, well maintained and clean. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many sites.

Location! This hotel is everything in terms of great location. It’s city central historic Rome, so room is, as expected, small; and bathroom is tiny. Neither bothered us. We had a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at Albergo Abruzzi! The location next to the Pantheon couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to everything!

Lovely hotel directly opposite the Pantheon, so excellent location. We stayed in a room in the apartment which is a short walk from the main hotel. The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Suite Sistina and were absolutely delighted. The suite itself was truly stunning, offering a level of comfort and elegance that exceeded our expectations.

Romantic Perfection at SuiteSistina!
My partner and I had the most unforgettable stay at SuiteSistina for Brave Lovers!

For us this hotel was the perfect choice for our Rome trip.

I love this hotel. Room is clean and smell good.
Near Trevi fountain, spanish steps, malls 3-5 mins walk. Many delicious restaurants nearby.

We would definitely return to Condominio Monti. Everything was great.

I can share a lot about how great the experience was recently, but I will keep it short and sweet.

This lovely 15-room boutique hotel sits just off the Piazza Navona and steps from shopping and restaurants. It’s a nicely renovated building that blends modern touches with the original architecture.

Stunning setting right near Piazza Navona. Pretty spacious family room considering it's location. The staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was modest but delicious.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is right atop the Spanish Steps where a lot of historical and tourist sites are a short walk away.

After seeing the picture of this amazing restaurant on fb I decided to book for our special occasion.

Yummy food and helpful staff.

Great place. Nicola is very helpful. He recommended very nice eating places. Hotel is very centralized. Room is very clean and big. It is good more than the picture that I saw on the website.

Great little hotel! Very centrally located. The rooms were very clean and nice. Nicola was very friendly and easy to work with. He had fresh pastries every morning and cookies.

We had the best experience in Rome because of this hotel! There was a lady at the front desk helped us a ton! She really cares and greeted us with genuine hospitality!

The hotel is in an excellent location, as it is close to the many attractions.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception is 24/7.

Ok overall, older building with no direct access from ground floor to our floor which was a hassle with toddlers and a stroller. The sewage smelled a bit in the room.

Security is tight.
And the room is spacious, silent and comfortable.
Main tour places are nearby.
But The restaurant for breakfast is in the next building, so it's a little inconvenient.
