This is an excellent hotel. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is clean, and probably the best hotel bed we’ve ever slept on (I travel for a living so I have slept on many). Can’t say enough good things.

We just loved staying here; from the overall ambience, attention from staff, layout of the hotel, proximity to all attractions, amazing breakfast, assistance with anything at all including baggage.

I had the best stay at the Aleph Rome Hilton thanks to the gracious, kind staff and the gorgeous spa. I would return in a heartbeat just to spend more time at the spa, as it was truly an oasis for the mind and body. Elena, the spa manager, made my experience truly memorable and was constantly attending to even the smallest details. From the starry dome in the hammam to the tea selection to the exceptional service, it was truly a 5-star experience and I can’t wait to return.

The hotel is in a great position (city center Rome) and it's an high style hotel. However I cannot judge properly, as I have been there only for a rooftop event. The rooftop is actually cool: it's not that big and it has not the best view. But these are obvious limitations, considering that you are downtown Rome. And you can still enjoy the skies of Rome! The evening was nice. I was there with a former girlfriend of a colleague, and she is currently a colleague of my girlfriend. That did not work pretty well : — (

What an amazing hotel. The location is good and off a quiet street. The service from all employees was impeccable from check in, staff at breakfast, the the roof top restaurant and the bar. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and offered great sleeping after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spa like with the amenities and the shower. The rooms are very well laid out with comfort and relaxation in mind. The lobby area has various areas to relax. The best place was the roof top that offered magnificent views. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really outstanding overall. My wife and I came here for two nights in transit and it was the ideal location — central to many sites and walkable to the train station. The staff welcomed us and took our bags up to our room for us while we went about the city for a bit. Carlo in particular at the front desk and concierge was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some sort of elite status as access to the spa (whirlpool area, very big and saunas) appears to come free (as does breakfast). As many reviewers have pointed out, the beds are very comfortable. Some caveats: the rooms are smaller than one might expect (as is true for most Americans coming to Europe) and if you are sensitive to incense, you may want to stay somewhere else. The hotel uses a very nice but powerful scent in their hallways and lobby that I could see bothering some people.

On the whole a great hotel with helpful friendly staff and in a good location. The only thing I will say is that every Thursday night there is a party on the roof top (7-12pm) there which we could hear pretty well on the first floor. The guests are invited and offered two free drinks (one per guest) but when we went up around 9pm there were no hotel guests to be seen. You do get given ear plugs but they only gave us one pair between the two of us.
The hotel is walking distance from all the major attractions. Vatican is around a 45 min walk, spanish steps 8 mins and the colosseum around 30 minutes. We had a great stay here and I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fabulous hotel with amazing staffs. Located In the heart of the city, the Aleph Hotel Rome combines luxurious, timeless elegance with courteous, thoughtful service and the most convenient central location. Superior rooms are configured with one queen bed, they can accommodate 1 or 2 paxes. Other features include free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, car park, pets allowed and babysitting. The hotel also provides 24-hour reception and concierge service.

Good: Location Front desk staff Restaurant staff Okay: Breakfast Amenities Bad: "Perks" Cleaning staff I've enjoyed my time in Rome and having a hotel in a convenient location is A HUGE part of that. However, if I'm reviewing the hotel apart from the amazing city… I'm not as impressed. The front office staff were very friendly, receptive and helpful. I really enjoyed the personal greetings from the restaurant staff. My disappointments are with the lack of an upgrade. I ensured there was upgrades available before I checked in and specifically asked. I assumed as a diamond member I would at least get an upgrade to a larger room… Nope. The room cleaning and stocking staff is strangely inconsistent too. In a week I got turn down service just once, new waters were put in my room every other day and one day I even found my towels in the bidet! I even had an embarrassing incident where the cleaner opened the door while I was on the loo… I guess that will teach her to knock! The breakfast is pretty decent, but even if you have it "included", 80% of the meal cost extra. This seems like an unnecessary way to make a couple of bucks when you are paying over $400 a night for a very small room. Sorry for all the negative. Frequently these reviews are about expectations vs reality and my expectations were REALLY high but not met at this hotel. The good stuff! Internet is blazing fast. Location is great. The spa, pool, restaurants and bar!

Beautiful hotel recently taken from the Hilton chain a few steps from Piazza Barberini. Nice architectural work recommended for those who want to experience the center of Rome even just walking.

Great location for boutique style hotel in heart of city center. Top floor pool and restaurant are very relaxing and quiet between walks of the city. Will stay here again. Big fan of curio collection hotels!

Boutique hotel with great rooms. Concierge hooked us up with several great restaurants. Love the location too. Oh, and the bar.

Wonderful experience. We arrived well before noon and they were able to let us check-in. Very nice. The check-in process was smooth and easy the desk clerk showed us to our room and was very informative and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The room was very nice, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a great shower and quality toiletries. Location was wonderful and we walked top all the major sights. A great experience all around.

It's a beautiful hotel. Enjoyed heated towel racks and double sinks in bathroom. Staff friendly, helpful, and spoke English clearly.

For the price, I'd rather go somewhere else. Location is convenient and the lobby looks fancy. But that is all. In comparison with other same price ranged hotels, not satisfying at all.

Nice and comfortable also the local restaurant on the attic floor; Magnificent cocktail bar with the Precious onyx coating, original and very British the lounge where you sip a liquor and smoke a good cigar chosen in the wide selection for sale. Nice pool on the attic floor and the terrace where you can smoke the hookah. Well kept and original The spa on the underground floor. Great choice of beauty and artistic items to buy.

A 5 star luxury pearl in the heart of Rome. Good staff, excellent cleanliness, great food. So you see the Hilton touch and standard.

The room where we had dinner is very good, illuminazuine and acoustics really good, plus there are two screens, the main from about 100 inches, the secondary from 80. Dinner completely buffet. Good food but not as excellent as you could imagine from a 5 * But the highlight was the sweets, really yummy.

My husband and I are in love with this hotel! Hotel bedroom's design is very luxury at the same time provide all we need. Details are perfect. Service by all staff were satisfied. The Indoor pool n spa very "wow"! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they really put attention on detail by gave us welcome sweets and very nice letter. The front of hotel is very elegant and beautiful. However you need to have the staff to service the hotel. Rooms are very very small, no Iron available, no ice available. Came back from a long day visiting the beautiful city of Rome to a our room was not cleaned. I would expect more from from a 4 star — 5 star hotel. So disappointed based on the amount we paid.

I have had a chance to stay in many fine hotels throughout Europe and the world. This is among the best. The service was outstanding. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The room was spacious and well appointed. The service on the rooftop bar was superb. An absolute treat are the drinks made by Nicolo in the lobby bar! The food was also very nice. The one slight criticism is that we had trouble getting the room as cool as we typically like for sleeping. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we are in Rome!

Hotel is located in the city centre, walk over to the Spain stepped in just 4 minutes! I have lived here for five-day period did not ride in a car, because all you need is around! Big room! Staff were very friendly and also very good!

Very convenient, the staff courteous and friendly made the short stay very pleasant. The location allowed me, after my work commitments, I could relax strolling down Via Veneto, Villa Borghese and Piazza di Spain.

I have travelled a lot in probably all the hotels in Rome, 5 stars, but this is the only one, truly 5 stars!
Breakfast is INCREDIBLE!. Absolutely to be tried.

I can't recommend this hotel! I have 260, — € for 2 nights in a double room during the week in the period issued in mid-June. The beautiful roof terrace was closed. The breakfast everything else as a 5-star worthy. On the 2nd day I moved it before included breakfast at the hotel to omit entirely and go to the next bar. The small and dark room was adequate. Cleanliness was basically right. However, the room did not work. Neither was the bed made night decked out yet the bathroom after the 1st. I have not seen something in this class. Also, the wellness area not invited because it smelled in there uncomfortable. Otherwise, deterioration is apparent throughout the House. The doorman, who had a few personal words for every guest was very friendly helpful.

Overall the judgment is very good. It lacks the structure in my opinion that "quid" that would characterize a "very good" for a five star hotel.
Quality: we took a deluxe room, large bed, good TV (that honestly some channel extra didn't hurt, there were only free channels), fine furniture and everything is very clean. Big bathroom with a great assortment of products and very clean.
The hotel in General is very good, exclude from the judgment the restaurant having dinner outside the entrance, very scenic, highly effective.
The service is outstanding, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was ample and of good variety, but the quality of the products was not just excellent for 20 € (per person).

We went to dinner at this luxury hotel. And I should point out that it was only a dinner, so we didn't stay. The hotel is in a great location and offers proximity to Metro and buses. You can't say the same of the restaurant. A menu with aperitif/appetizer (a ricotta) then 2 primi (ravioli, discreet and good risotto) a second (meat cooked at a low temperature for 24 hours, gave off a horrible smell) a dessert that had some salt, and it complained about all the Diners. 2 glasses of wine 2 bottles of water and coffee. 215 € for 2 people. A price nothing short of ABSURD! with more than 100 euro per person for dinner I would get top quality products and prepared by michelin-starred chef minimally! Fralaltro the service was painfully slow, dinner 2 hours and 30 minutes long. Do so only 2 stars because the price is excessive compared to what we eat and how we eat. Dinner would cost a 70 euro including drinks.

On our honeymoon, Rome was our first stop. We loved this hotel. Great location, friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The roof top deck was cozy and a great spot for an early drink before dinner. We would stay there again.
