I stayed at Giotto Flavia in Rome from Aug 4th-8th. Since I checked-in to my room, the bathroom door was not closing properly because the door was swollen due to water damage. Upon my check-out, the employee insisted that the damage was done by me and I need to pay 100 euros. I explained that the door was in that condition since I first checked in but they threatened me that they will call the police. I ended up paying 100 euros because I did not have time for further argument as I had a train to catch. The door was not functioning properly in the first place.

Do not go to foreigners. I was assigned room with broken door. When I checked out, I had to take responsibility for the broken door. It was 100 euros. They do not have any responsibility. If you do not want to ruin your trip, do not go. This is the worst hotel that is responsible for the guests.

Small but comfortable hotel, run by Italian staff, clean and thermo-conditioned. The change of linen is daily, with the possibility of having breakfast in the room. Prices content and staff very friendly.

Niet al te luxe maar prima voor als je een stedentrip doet in Rome! Ontbijt wordt op de kamer gebracht en bestaat uit 2 koffie, 2 sinaasappelsap, 2 croissants, verschillende pakjes met crackers/beschuitjes en 3 soorten beleg in kuipjes; chocopasta, jam en boter. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand; het colloseum is 25 minuten lopen, vaticaanstad is 55 minuten lopen.

Very friendly stuff but hotel could use some maintenance here and there. I think price was ok for a hotel in this location.

A modest hotel near the centre of Rome. Cleanliness, rooms with large beds and very comfortable. The bathroom a little small but enough. Breakfast in the room very rich and in large quantities.

Good location near Termini station and metro, clean rooms, nice breackfast!

This hotel is rubbish, I would say it is not rather a hostel of bad death and to top the staff edge and ungrateful. Don't go and listen to me.

Offers good value for money.

Good location since it is in the center. Some of the staff who are not the most hospitable. Two single beds set up to make a double bed, for 4 nights it's horrible. The hotel is only on a floor in a building shared with other hotels and having the room at 2 meters from the reception is not very nice, either. Was constantly hearing the world go by. In addition to the traffic noise, the street etc but this is Rome.

Rather average… Pretty cold owners… Very far from the historical centre. We find better on Rome for the same rates.

Good hotel A can expensive if not personal very smiling, kind to listen.

Near Termini, very comfortable in relation price quality this excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small but it is Rome.

12 — 16 November.
We arrived at the hotel at Las13:3pm. We met a receptionist cooler than ice, a hello with all dryness and one: the room will be at 14:00. Normal thing, his antipathy doesn't. Anyway, we left the suitcases right there, I pointed them out and she told me we could leave them.
We came back at 14:00. The suitcases we found in the room, a detail if it did that lady.
The room was very small and the bed was very nice. The bath Paqueñisimo, to sit in WC. There was one boxed in between the sink and wall, overwhelming. That yes the cleanliness was well made in general. A towel on the first day was broken, thankless they changed them daily. The beds harsh like rocks, the pillows are the same, we woke up every day with back pain, the worst certainly the beds. As for breakfast I asked the lady receptionist who put as they took him to the room without being able to choose, his answer as no, dry: normal, good normal for me is what it is, normal in another country and people with customs sure different, I don't know what it is, seen his attitude, I didn't ask him anything. The breakfast tray came loaded, if but we did not like anything, a thirteen year old girl can not bring you a coffee, for example… I can not eat according to what things for a health problem, and I did not have the opportunity or the desire to communicate, in horrible end, and brought us breakfast the same young lady who misreceived us.

A lot of restaurants nearby, very close to the terminal, air conditioner, no minifridge. Can't really complain.

Good hotel. Nice people and the beds where perfect. Breakfast was simple but good enough. Sometimes the water was out, and some things where broken. I had a nice time, but it could be better if more invested in the building and facilities. 3 stars and enough.

The room I stayed in is a hallway with a bathroom. Semi-Dark, in an old Condomino. All very poor.

We were 9 days from 11 February to 20 February, I can say that the Hotel is in a very quiet area near Trevi Fountain, big breakfast and Reception staff especially Elena.

Good location for everything else discrrto.

Staff very friendly, breakfast very rich listening, very clean, spacious, pleasant, spotless rooms. I strongly advise it to anyone visiting Rome.

The rooms seem recently renovated rooms, not so bad! the rest. Pretty poor.
