Very expensive Hotel for the care that was put in the rooms that appeared elegant years ago. Everything clean, but definitely passed by a and in rather cramped spaces. B quiet and quiet with a beautiful closed terrace on which you eat (breakfast) overlooking the Pincio and has a beautiful view on a part of Rome. High prices.

A little old Hotel. In the bathroom there is neither the soap door nor a glass (not even plastic) for the toothbrush. The fixtures do not guarantee sound proofing from street noises. No one knows how it can be a 4 star hotel.

Stayed for three nights. A great hotel, central location near the Spanish Steps, polite, corteuous staff, all our requests were happily met.

Perfect all the staff is at the small care.

Fantastic location. Very good breakfast in restaurant with stunning view of Villa Borghese and the Vatican. Great value for money. Would love to come back and spend more time here.

The staff were very friendly and nice.
4 days in Rome had a great time if it wasn't for the hotel which really ruined it a bit.
I spent a day and a half without hot water. And even before I left, while trying to take a shower, (after they had assured me that they had solved the problem) the shower has almost exploded, for more than half an hour only the rugine. I went down to complain but for them to what I was able to understand it was not a problem. They didn't even apologize.
The rooms are ' old-fashioned ' (like the rest of the hotel).
Breakfast pretty good but definitely not for a 4 star hotel (it doesn't even deserve a star! )
I'm really disappointed.

Never again… Room without air conditioning! 1sera without hot water! We had secured the solution, but alas they give us a radiator that will work only 1 H… A weekend to forget!

It didn't work the hot water and the heating.

It is well located, very close to the Trevi fountain. The lodging includes the breakfast, although it seems that they charge it because there is a tax of $15 euros for all the visitors (they charge it in all Italy). The hotel is OK, clean and tidy. It shows old, needs a remodel and the elevator (elevator) is really small!

Overall: Very good hotel, strongly recommended! Good: — Hotel is well classically designed. — Room is beautiful and clean. — Service is great and very kind. — Breakfast is very good and located on last floor which allow you to have a great view on all the city. Bad: — The only thing I can think about is that the hotel is located on the top of a hill.

Very good location but very old and small rooms.

The hotel is old and tired. The cleaning is extremely poor, especially in the bathrooms. It's so bad you don't want to touch anything! Everything smells old and moldy. Shower doesn't work properly, toilets don't flush properly, there's an air con of sorts, but you can't change the temperature and sleeping in 25 degrees is asking for a headache, the breakfast is the same every day, and there are BED BUGS! We were covered in bites during our stay, and the staff is anything but helpful! They simply deny the problem and look at you like you are a nuisance : (The Wi-Fi is so slow it's practically non-existant and if you open the window you can expect no sleep due to heavy traffic as well as the smell of smoke from other guests smoking in the their rooms even though it's supposed to be a smoke free hotel. I recommend staying far away from this hotel! It's not even close to deserving a 4 star rating, I would say 2-2, 5 at best.

Very good hotel, very serious and very friendly staff. The location is not the best a bit away from everything.

Breakfast served on the 6th floor with great view of Rome and the Vatican.

Excellent location 10 mins from the Plaza España and good rooms the Wi-Fi does not work.

NO A/C! Gave this place about 7 hours before leaving for the Marriott. Checked in at 1:30, immediately turned up the "A/C" to full blast, can back later that evening to a hot as hell room. I'm cold at 75 degrees and even I couldn't stand it. They advertise that they have A/C but they don't. If you don't actually have A/C, don't lie about it. Other issues-couldn't plug anything into the outlets because they were loose so the plugs fell out, rented two rooms and the drain in one shower didn't drain so the water over flowed and the water from other shower spewed all over the place, the shower doors didn't actually close all the way, the TVs didn't work, the was gum residue on the floor next to one of the beds, and the room for three people had two twin beds. This place was a disaster, thank god the credit card company cancelled the charges and we got out. The Marriott actually has A/C and it feels amazing.

Dusty, yet reliably friendly for Rome. A pricey solution for travellers who are dissapointed with Rome's accommodation services quality otherwise. Nice breakfast with view.

Very disappointed in this place because we were lied to. We specifically asked if there was AC in the rooms and they told us yes. The hotel is also advertised as having AC. We got to the room and the AC didn't work at all. They basically told us we were sol. Didn't give us any money off nor did they call a repair man. They said they could switch rooms for us but we would probably have the same problem in other rooms. This is called false advertising. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Don't appreciate being lied to.

Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. View from terrace breakfast is very good.

Elegant and friendly and refined staff.

The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean. However the room was hot even tho the AC was on and making noise. I set the temp at 18 C. But the room temp was 25 up. The fridge was not working at all. Everything in the fridge was warm. I let 3 different people know at reception. 3rd time the cleaner came and he let reception know that it's not working but that's it. No resuoltion.

It's freezing in the rooms. Other than that, the panoramic roof where you can have breakfast, it's beautiful. The staff is friendly but three stars is enough.

A little pleasant experience.
They ran away from my foreign customers who asked me if in Italy the stars for hotels give them among the other not even trying to restrain them.
Rooms unfortunately not at the height of the stars they have. With rust on showers and sockets not working.
Coffee for a fee after 12 daytime is absolutely forbidden for their service NN expects. Things of the other world!
Besides experiencing tourism what does it matter if the customers are unhappy. Next!

Very friendly hotel with excellent bteakfasts.

Very clean,, friendly stuff and close to all the hot spots in rome (go to piazza barberini corner shop for a drink and a bite to eat)

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room is clean and spacious. Great staff. Very comfortable bed. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

We had room 403. This was very small and old. The bathroom could do with new fixtures and a new shower enclosure. For two, it is pretty tight. Maybe just our room was so small. But the breakfast area above on the 6th floor is wonderful. The breakfast is quite sufficient and varied. The views are indescribable. To reach the landmarks in no time. This hotel is recommended.

Very beautiful room with a view of Villa Borghese, comfortable, magnificent king size bed, very good breakfast included with magnificent view (sight) on Rome and in 2 steps of via Veneto and of Piazza di Spagna.

To highlight its location: next to via Veneto, Piazza Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese…, its cozy, classic style, the friendliness of the staff, the tranquility of the area, the breakfast room with a relaxing atmosphere and unbeatable views with the Vatican in the background and a buffet great; the price-quality ratio fantastic. The cleaning service does not have a complaint. Absolutely recommended. We will be returning. Thank you.
