Staff was welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft, but they were able to provide a firmer more comfortable option. Breakfast was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace. The location, rooms and service were excellent.

The receptionist is very efficient and friendly, the check in is very fast. The room is luxuous, the bed very confortable, the AC is perfect. The breakfast buffet is top class, all is there.

Pros: Great location. 20 second walk from trevi fountain, and I feel it is quieter than 'hotel de trevi' as that hotel is RIGHT outside the fountain so likely much louder.

The hotel is located nearby some wonderful sites. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fantastic. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff.

Hotel foyer is spotless, concierge and doormans welcome was friendly and efficient.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Navona Palace Luxury Inn Rome. We absolutely loved our stay in room (Bernini 311) for the second time. The room looks out onto a shop and many restaurants.

Beautiful B&B, we weren't able to stay for breakfast but I imagine it was delicious. The room was incredible, the lights ceiling, the terrace, loved it all.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! The front door to the business is at the top of the Spanish Stairs and the back door is at the bottom of those stairs.

Great hotel, near to touristical places. Safe, you can stay here as an alone girl. Personal is friendly and they have a lot of coffee, beer, water in the little fridge they have in the room. Its free.

Words cannot describe our experience staying at Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte — a true gem and piece of history. More like a palace than a hotel!
